This has been my trusted hair salon for few years now. Ashley, the owner, has really high skills and knowledge about hair. She takes time to examine your hair condition before giving out any advices/recommendation to make sure the style not only fits you, but also wouldn’t cause any damages. The products used are high quality, and consistently updated to follow new technologies. Her team are also well-trained and very hospitable. They always greeting when clients walk in, and serve drinks if you need to stay there for few hours. Recommended to my friends and they were all satisfied and come back.

Best barber shop in Lewisville and I won’t take my 3 year old to anyone but Joseph from now on. Excellent service from start to finish and he was able to get us in without an appointment. He was extremely gentle, patient and kind with my whiny toddler and had the best attitude. This is a place where everyone feels welcome and where it feels “homey”.

I made the decision to cut all my hair off and to say I was nervous is an understatement. Jay was so gentle and understanding. He let me express my emotions in a safe space while encouraging me throughout my cut. Now to the cut: I had no idea how any cut would look on me but I had some photo inspirations. He took those photos and my desires and turned them into a flava cut with a beautiful earcuff design. I am so grateful that I found Jay and he helped me transition into a new journey. Jana is the only woman I trust to touch my eyebrows! You are not only a client to her, but also a friend. She always does such a good job at making sure I am comfortable, answering any questions I have, and giving me great beauty tips. Not to mention she is insanely skilled. I have been struggling with plantar fasciitis for about a year. I have tried new/different socks, shoes, massages, medicines, etc.\\nDamien asked several questions and worked through a targeted massage. He gave me stretches to keep the relief going. I have been able to get out of bed or up from a chair and not hobble. If you have PF you know how painful the first handful of steps are! I cannot recommend Damien enough.

Came home from vacation and my water heater was leaking a lot of water. All my fittings looked dry and fine and I was able to feel wet insulation and observe some rust on the tank. The water heater was 8 years old so I figured it had developed a hole in the tank and would need to be replaced. I was able to text some photos and videos of the unit and location to Carlos and get an estimate. Carlos's estimate was better than the other two plumbers I called. Carlos also said that he thought it might not be the tank but rather a leaky drain valve. I looked online on how to do that replacement and that resolved my issue. Carlos didn't have to give me this advice / information. He could have easily sold me a new water heater and I would have been none the wiser. Instead he gave me some feedback and I was able to repair it myself. I just had to do a major repair on my truck and money is a little tight. Carlos is awesome and has earned my business and trust. When this heater finally goes, I'm calling Carlos. If I ever have any other plumbing needs, I'm calling Carlos. Thanks Carlos! I wanted leave you a good review and recommend you to anyone looking for a plumber.

Professionalism of Adam was at a level I've never experienced before. He took the time to explain what he was going to do to locate my leak and answered all my questions to make sure I understood.4. Once the leak was discovered he went over how it should be fixed with pictures/videos and walking me through everything AGAIN5. This company doesn't come in guns blaring saying we are doing this JUST TRUST ME. I had an emergency with a leaking toilet and called H&M plumbing to check it out. The dispatcher on the phone was very responsive with a fast turn around time. She was able to send someone within an hour. Jesus arrived and quickly assessed the situation and went to work. He helped diagnose the problem and then stayed with me while I called Roto-Rooter to unclog the drain. He was very kind, empathetic, and compassionate for my situation. Erik and team have been able to help us multiple times. He's been able to clean a drain line when 2 other plumbers were not able too. He's added a new gas line at a rent house as well as added and fix old cast iron pipes at different locations for us.

While in the middle of a move, my AC system started experiencing delayed short cycling. I called Aire Serv after seeing their reviews, and they were able to send out a technician same-day, already a plus! Josh arrived a bit later than he'd planned after his prior jobsite, but a rep from Aire Serv (Madison) was in touch with me the whole time to keep me updated which to me is almost better than being on time. Josh was very friendly and professional, and quickly worked to diagnose and fix the issue. For everything that was done, I actually paid a lot less than I thought I could have - and even better, they didn't try to sell me any equipment at all, even though I have a 20y/o unit outside! Aire Serv understands there's a line between force-feeding you a multi-thousand dollar upgrade you don't need as opposed to fixing a solid system that just needs a little love, and they didn't cross that at all. I'd worked with three other AC companies in the area, and all three tried to either sell me a new unit, new handler (Mine is only two years old!) or even a whole new system. Aire Serv did exactly what was needed to fix the issue, gave me some advice, and even referred me to other services they work with that I need. I've seen many chiropractors over the years, and Dr. Dori is as good as any, and better than most. She is attentive, courteous, and takes the time to ensure that she understands all your medical conditions and relates to you how (whether via chiropractic or other means) to go about treatment. She also uses the type of adjustment table that, in my opinion, works the best in terms of ease of adjustment (on the patient at least) and actual results.

They will use hot towel, heavy duty hammer, adjustment. Initially came for a consult a few years ago due to an auto accident and found a chiropractor for life! Dr. Reed is personable, thorough, and truly cares about every patient that visits his practice. They even have an area to target specific therapies, my personal favorite are the resistance bands/stretches and I have been virtually pain free for months! Receptionists are always attentive, friendly, and send out communications regularly so you don’t forget your appointments. Highly recommended practice!
I found out about the business through Facebook and to my surprise there was a promotion for a consult … on my first day the impression of the environment, staff was to my surprise. To the best type of my description towards this feeling -It felt like I was one of the friends and they checked up on me to see what Can they do to help. Now that type of feeling where it’s not overly done by being very friendly is what I describe great customer service. Shows a lot of character which is fantastic.I was walked through the process of what would be the best course of action to correct my hips. I was shocked because if I had not seen the ad for a promotion I would have never thought to come in for a check up and to think initially I had gone with an impression I would only need to pop my body and correct my posture. Great communication and service. I was taught why areas were targeted during the chiropractic adjustment and the massage. The massage really was an over the top experience. I've never understood that the "tension" I feel is really caused by muscle tightness in other parts of my body. Even the sensitivity to pressure, I've never connected was because of flexibility and oxygen to my muscles elsewhere. The massage wasn't necessarily "relaxing" but that also wasn't what I was seeking out. This was a truly beneficial service for my overall health. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
I had never been a believer in Chiropractic, but just my first visit and can already feel a difference in my pain level. I could barely walk in to Dr Kim’s office with excruciating back pain and after 2 visits I was 90% better! Dr. Kim is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was definitely nervous of the process at first but Dr. Kim assured me everything would go good. Looking forward to continuing treatment and helping my body to heal naturally. Dr Hall is the best of the best. There's always other chiro doctors going to see him, which speaks for itself. I've been seeing him throughout my entire pregnancy. I had a breech baby and we managed to get him flipped around between adjustments and exercises. He also just cares about you as a person and is so passionate about what he does. I also appreciate that he doesnt "baby adjust" you like other chiropractors Ive seen (which makes you have to go back more often).I've also seen him adjust children and people of all ages as well. He's just great!

I came as a walk in for puppy vaccinations. The waiting room is as clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. A wellness check was included for free and my puppy was weighed and looked at before the vaccinations. The service was quick and took about 15 minutes. She got her ten week shots and then the vet tech came out to tell me where she got the shots and that she could be sore. She was also checked for parasites at the visit. The timeframe for puppy vaccinations was explained during check out and I left with a follow up appointment. We also were given her first flea and tick medication for me to administer at home. Very informative visit and very affordable.
I envy my two pets who found their perfect vet even before I could find my ideal physician. We first met Chandra Sekhar Bathina, DVM, MS, PhD at Banfield when we got our 3 month old springer in 2017 and when he moved to ABC, we followed him after sometime, as no one could fill his shoes!! His diagnosis and care is insurmountable. Even my cousin takes their springer to him.
My sister has used this vet for years. The dogs are treated with tender loving care everytime they go there. I currently do not have a dog, but I found a stray in Dallas that was heading to the pound if I didn't take him. I went tp G.R.A.H. to see if he was chipped. The lady running the front desk sprung into action as soon I told her what I need. She handled the whole thing with such a caring but professional manner sfrom start to finis. Thank God he was chipped, but they were unable to come get the dog before they closed, so I took it to them later that day.When I get another puppy or a rescue, you can bet that he or she will be coming here for everything they need. For context, Paul was my instructor at the Ridgmar Mall location. The BRC course that I took was extremely fun and a great learning experience. Paul was a complete professional the entire time, and taught with encouragement. Paul eased my nerves with constant joking, made sure everyone was comfortable, and spoke very highly of the owner Carrie and some other local businesses. He even encouraged us to tell Carrie if he made us uncomfortable in any way (which I don't see how he could have!!) Glad I took this course here and if I come decide to take another course, it'll certainly be with this company, and hopefully with Paul!
This is a great driving school! The classes are very thorough and my son still talks about the stories the instructors would tell about their own experiences. I feel like my son was taught how to be a safe and defensive driver and he’s got a great respect for it all. One way driving school also made it very easy to know what my next step was as a parent to get his permit and then license. It was all so very organized and clear for what the parent needs to do and I really appreciated that!!

We used Rose Landscapes to replace our existing ~700 sq ft patio with a paver patio. The installation process was exactly the same way. Chris and his time consistently made sure that every dimension of the project was exactly right and delivered exactly what they promised for the price that they promised. Chris was consistently here to monitor the work being done, walked through the final result with us, and was easily reachable and responded quickly to any questions that we had. We dragged our feet getting this work done because it was hard to know what contractors we could trust to do the work correctly and reliably. The company installed our shower glass during a bathroom remodel. After 4 years, the shower door needed to be 'realigned.' I emailed the company and they scheduled the appointment relatively quickly. When the technicians came out to adjust the door they saw that one of the hinges was leaking oil and needed to be replaced. They adjusted the door (and replaced the sweep) and will set up another appointment to replace the hinges at a later date. I live in Arlington so I was concerned they might not want to make the trip for such a small job but they did. The company is very professional and responsive.Service: Glass installation
