I just want to do a huge shout out to Desiree at David Ryan Salon in Flower Mound. We have been working on transitioning my hair to my natural grey after decades of coloring. Desiree has been exceptional with making sure I understood the process and the time frame and she has been so very careful to not damage my hair. She listens well to her clients and produces beautiful results. The consultation along the way has been the best I have ever had from a stylist! I highly recommend her, particularly when it comes to color.

The BEST balayage I've ever had. My hair is fine and not super thick so I always get worried it's going to be very obvious that I got highlights. I don't see a single "streak" and it's so well blended with my natural color. It looks SO natural and I can tell my hair will continue to look good over the next 6 months. Prior to Krisi, my daughter went to someone a friend of mine referred me to- it was NOT good. The woman wasn’t able to speak English well enough to understand my daughter, even with the help of photos. Money down the drain…. ?. My daughter wasn’t happy, so she reached out to Krisi to “fix” the cut and color and it turned out AMAZING! Krisi was helpful, and genuinely wanted to create the look my daughter was paying for. Krisi advised daughter on what shampoo to use and how to care for her new style. I would highly recommend Krisi!!

This is my favorite spot to get my nails done in the area! Everyone who has done my nails is very attentive, thorough and personable. I’m pretty sure I fell asleep during one manicure because I was very relaxed and particularly tired that day. I didn’t feel judged, and staff was very caring. I’m always very happy with how my nails look, and they last a long time! I appreciate that now the staff knows me after a few visits, they know how my job affects the longevity of my nails and go out of their way to make sure my sets are durable. This place and the people who work here are wonderful.

My son is 18 months old and does not like having his hair touched by strangers. But we had an amazing experience with Lilly and the manager Madeline (I believe that is her name). They were so patient with my son and doing everything they could to get him a great hair cut. And thankfully we were able to get it done! I’m thankful for their patience and expertise with children. They made this process very easy and special. We will be back!

I had permanent eyeliner done many years ago by someone else. It was so painful that after the touch up I didn’t ever want to get it redone. I am so happy that I had Veronica redo my eyeliner. I was not uncomfortable in the least and it looks great. I highly recommend her!

I had come in for the teeth whitening and ionic foot detox. My teeth are already pretty white but I definitely definitely saw a difference in the brightness of my teeth. In the mirror and on camera my teeth looked beautiful and it didn’t take too long. Mitchell and his assistant arrived on time and did a fantastic job removing all the stains, dirt, and pet odors that had built up over time. They worked quickly, were very polite, and made the whole process easy for me. My carpet looks so much fresher and cleaner now—like a total transformation! The service was definitely worth the reasonable price, and I’m really happy with how everything turned out.

We loved our past experience with William French in 2021 we asked them to update our Jack and Jill bath this summer. The experience was once again fantastic. Gary Jackson helped us selecting all of the materials. His contractor discount came in handy at one of the popular home improvement sites. He chose a great bathtub and the glass for the shower/tub was beautiful. As was the experience last time, Gary and his project manager Joe Norris kept us informed of which trades would be showing up at the house. If you have been frustrated with prior remodeling projects where you have to continue to ask a contractor what happens next, that will not happen with Gary and Joe. They will keep you informed every step of the way. As was the case last time, the project was completed within the estimated time. In this case, less than three weeks from demo to finished product.
I worked with Alan to have roof put on my pergola, staining of privacy fence and pergola, brick retaining wall repair and installation of gutters. The work was promptly completed and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend 1A Construction and will be using them for my future projects.

We had Meier's care for our lawn for several years. We loved them. We downsized - because we're empty-nesters and sold our home - or we would still have them coming to our home once a week. Nice people. I'd never been to this dentist, but I was having some tooth pain and they worked me in the same morning. After a consultation, they reccomended I get the problem tooth pulled. They did the extraction then. I walked out of the office in about 3 hours to go home and rest. No pain during the extraction. I'll be going back.

I truly appreciate the entire staff at Dr. Wyatt’s office. I never thought I’d say this, but I actually love going to the dentist now—enough to get up early and even skip coffee just to grab a 7 AM or 8 Appointment before work. Those early appointment options are a lifesaver.
Bethany is incredible—she remembers patients by name, greets everyone warmly, and even has welcome signs for new patients. She’s also been so kind and flexible when I’ve had to reschedule unexpectedly (COVID, family situations, etc.), and I love the texting option for scheduling—it’s been a huge help with my unpredictable work schedule.
Jenny is just as amazing—so kind, knowledgeable, and thoughtful in how she explains everything. She even sends you home with a goody bag after cleanings, which is such a nice touch. And yes, the treasure chest for no cavities is a fun bonus (I still laugh about the mini wine bottles I saw in there once!).

I don’t have the right words to describe the help and hope that I received through Dr.Thompson’s treatment! He was literally the answer to my prayers! I was dealing with visual blackouts every time I stood up, frequent debilitating headaches, I felt like life was slipping away from me. After many MRIs, ST scans, running from specialist to specialist and being left at a ‘dead end’ a friend recommended looking into cervical manipulation and through that advice we found Dr.Thompson.

Both Jack and Billie despise people outside of family. For some reason they tolerate everyone here (emphasis on tolerate). As antisocial as these two cats are, that says something to me about the place. Apparently, they see the same kindness and devotion there that I do. Couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.
Really appreciate the whole team here, from a courteous and helpful front desk, to a knowledgeable and very friendly vet. I actually found them when I was calling around looking for a place to donate things after losing our dog and out of 6 local clinics, this was the only one that answered with compassion, sympathy, and let me know what they could take for donation or where I could take things. They had my business immediately when we adopted a cat almost 6 months later, and they've held that friendliness with every visit.
My 23 year old cat came down blind suddenly, they were very caring, helpful, and worked around his extreme dislike of all things medical to find the cause of his issue and get a treatment plan that is working very well without stressing him out too badly. A couple of weeks later he had to go to an emergency vet for a separate issue, and Cross Timbers are working hand in hand with that vet to transfer his treatment over and get him the help and care that he needs. Fantastic experience with them, I highly recommend their services.

I went to John to relieve pain and get more movement after rotator cuff tear. Almost no pain the day after. He knows his stuff! This is not a relaxing aromatherapy massage but lactic acid, myofascial release, deep tissue for injury relief. I will be back soon.
