One customer had all the windows in their home replaced and was extremely pleased with the result. They were so satisfied that they decided to add custom plantation shutters throughout the entire house, even though it wasn't initially planned.
Another customer had a great experience working with Jon and Aaron at Texas Windows when they moved into their new house. They needed shutters and shades quickly, and Texas Windows delivered, providing options and recommendations, and installing the windows promptly.
The owner, Jon, was highlighted as providing the best experience for a customer. His crew was also praised for their excellent work, with great prices and communication. The customer's city inspector even remarked that the installed windows were the best he had seen. Overall, Texas Windows is a highly recommended company for all your window needs, providing significant cost savings compared to other quotes.
I have used Texas Windows twice now. They replaced all my windows a few years ago and I just had shutters installed. John quickly responded to my online inquiry for the estimate and they were very communicative regarding installation. They had to resize two of the shutters which I appreciate because I really felt like they were doing the best quality work to ensure a great end result. I would definitely recommend this company!
From start to finish my experience with Texas Windows was great. Jon was always available if I had questions and I appreciated the personal touch Jon provided, especially being the owner. His staff was friendly, and Blake was always quick to respond. This company truly has the homeowners best interests in mind and I woukd recommend Texas Windows without reservation.
Texas Windows did an amazing job! They provided the estimate and completed the job fast and with quality. The biggest part I respected was we found ourselves not agreeing on part of the deal. They made it happen and said we just want you to be completely satisfied. This showed they not only do quality work but geared for customer service and satisfaction! Recommended they replaced 5 windows for me and put in sunshade screens on 13 windows. Use them to replace your windows.
