This was Gumbo’s first puppy cut, and we had such a great experience! The groomer was very kind and did a great job with him. I unfortunately forgot to get his name, but I really appreciated that he took the time to explain how Gumbo did and let me know what he was a little uncomfortable with during the session. Scheduling was easy, and the entire process was smooth and convenient. We would definitely recommend them and will be using them again! 😊🐾
Mark of Kontota went above and beyond to make sure our concerns were addressed! We have a tiny yorkie and she is a bit skiddish. He kept us apprised of how she was doing throughout the process and even sent us a picture. Will definitely be utilizing their services again and referring to others.

This visit, Alyssa was absolutely fantastic! She arrived on time, communicated with us every step of the way, and took the time to listen to exactly what we wanted for Bernie’s groom since she’s being spayed on Monday.
