Design Flooring was the second flooring company we looked at since our first experience wasn't good. Design flooring was straight up with their miscellaneous charges. There was no drama, seamless experience, reasonable prices, and they were diligent to help us avoid having too much extra carpet leftover. We will go through them when it is time to replace all the carpeting in our house.
Design floors did a really good job installing tile in our kitchen . They made every effort to keep the dust from going all over the rest of the house. When a problem arose they took care of it quickly.
We had a stellar experience with Design Floors. They were the fifth place we got a quote from, after other not good experiences with other companies and sales reps. Rholetta was incredibly patient when we went to look at samples which is really what won us over the most! She answered all of our questions without ever making us feel like a bother. We replaced 95% of our flooring in two phases and the installers were great. There were a few hiccups early on, but they were handled appropriately by the company and that really put us at ease. We are quite pleased with our results and the experience we had with Design Floors!
