“I had an emergency with a leaking toilet and called H&M plumbing to check it out. The dispatcher on the phone was very responsive with a fast turn around time. She was able to send someone within an hour. Jesus arrived and quickly assessed the situation and went to work. He helped diagnose the problem and then stayed with me while I called Roto-Rooter to unclog the drain. He was very kind, empathetic, and compassionate for my situation.
