Metroplex was prompt honest and did an excellent job. We had a main line break at the house and Mario patiently talked me through options and pricing. I have finally found a reliable plumber!!

Came home from vacation and my water heater was leaking a lot of water. All my fittings looked dry and fine and I was able to feel wet insulation and observe some rust on the tank. The water heater was 8 years old so I figured it had developed a hole in the tank and would need to be replaced. I was able to text some photos and videos of the unit and location to Carlos and get an estimate. Carlos's estimate was better than the other two plumbers I called. Carlos also said that he thought it might not be the tank but rather a leaky drain valve. I looked online on how to do that replacement and that resolved my issue. Had a under foundation hot water line leak which was found and repaired by All Metroplex Plumbing. Carlos is very knowledgeable and professional . He explained what would need to happen to repair the line and it went just as he stated it would. Very pleased with the repair and price to perform the repair. I will definitely use All Metroplex Plumbing again. Strongly recommend.Services: Plumbing leak detection
