Called Carlos after another plumbing company had dropped a ridiculous price to fix a leak on me. I asked said company to go ahead and ease on down the road and gave Carlos the green light to come over. Mario showed up rather quickly and was no B.S. right from the start. I showed him what was going on and he got right to work sizing up the job. Both of my toilets were not flushing and I knew that something was not right. Called Carlos next morning and he was able to accommodate me right away. He was able to diagnose the problem and was able to temporarily fix the problem so my family could use the toilets while the bigger project happened the following day. Since I had to be at work he maintained great communication and sent me videos and pictures of the project before, during and after the repair. I would definitely use his services again. A couple of years back he replaced the sink disposal and the water heater expansion tank and also did a superb job.
I was beyond impressed with Carlos ( owner ) and the tech that did my work. The price was very reasonable, the tech was very professional, well groomed and organized. When the work was complete, the tech not only cleaned up after himself, but also mopped the area.
