She took her time during my waxing service and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She guided me through everything, told me what to do, and really helped ease my nerves and distract me from the pain by keeping great conversation going throughout the appointment.

Tracy and Kim work exceptionally hard to deliver exactly what is requested. Scheduling is always efficient, and I have never felt rushed or received less than the promised level of service.

I will note that I have witnessed other customers voice unreasonable complaints with a demand for discounted or free service. It is disappointing to see a small business targeted in this way, especially when the solutions offered are more than fair. In my own experience, even if I was at fault with unclear communication, they always fixed the issue. I have never left unsatisfied!
