12/30-I just purchased a teacup Yorkie that had some skjn issues and took my baby to Castle Hills Animal Hospital where I met Dr. Joy and his staff. They were absolutely wonder. Addressed my concerns before leaving and assured me that his condition is treatable.I am soo glad I found you Dr. Joy and look forward to a long relationship with you and your staff!!1/5-Dasher fell while playing and had a little limp. I called Castle Hill Animal Hospital to see if Dr. Joy could look at him. They immediately said bring him in, checked him out and assured me his was ok. I have brought two of my three babies here so far, both of my cats, and this vet has just absolutely done such a wonderful job handling them with the care I assume they would handle their own fur babies. Melina ( I apologize if I'm spelling it wrong ) was our vet tech yesterday for my sweet little girl, Cleo, and despite Cleo's natural shy and timid tendencies, Melina was able to get her to completely open up to her and let her guard down. It was actually insane to see Melina handle her with such confidence and be rewarded with good behavior. We take our Blu Baby to Castle Hill Animal Hospital. He’s an American Bully who can look a bit intimidating depending to anyone not a fan of medium-big dogs. BUT Dr. Joy and the entire Team hold a special place in his heart! Thanks for taking care of him; he is literally the world for us and know he’s in great care every time we visit. They’re flexible with scheduling, well trained, awesome Customer Service and super clean!He has a favorite Tech, she has red hair and they are besties! Don’t want to drop her name just for privacy reasons but again, thank you all for all you do!
