We have been extremely impressed by Dr. Joy and all of his staff! They go above and beyond and Dr. Joy has been communicating - personally - with us via text about our sick dog, which I have never experienced with another vet. He even offered to come in on his day off in order to help us; HIGHLY recommended!
My pets are my children so I was looking for a new vet since I had a bad experience at my recent one and I found Dr. Joy! What a blessing! My eight year old cat desperately needed deep teeth cleaning and I was real nervous because of the anesthesia. Alex did the teeth cleaning and she kept me updated and I was able to pick up my little guy within 3 hrs! Dr. Joy and his staff is superb. The facility is SO clean. Dr Joy & Alex are incredible w explaining the process. My only regret was not finding them sooner! Thank you for caring!!
Dr. Joy and staff are wonderful! Kind, caring, compassionate, and competent. I turned to them in a pinch because our regular vet couldn’t see us for an urgent matter. But now CHAH is our regular vet. We also love the fact that they embrace technology and that Dr. Joy follows up daily via text message and responds to texts at odd hours. We’re thankful we found CHAH!
