Sean was amazing. On time, friendly, collaborative, and professional and he took the time to explain what he was doing. He did some panel work, some troubleshooting in our kitchen, and then installed new outlets in our garage and a receptacle outside the garage for a security camera. We're very satisfied with Thompson Electrical and will use them again for our electrical needs.
We called Sean on a recommendation and were not disappointed. Not only did he show up that day, as promised, but he successfully figured out the problem and repaired it! He had quoted us a price on the phone and then gave us a discount after the job was completed! We highly recommend him and will definitely use him in the future. He's a very friendly, hardworking man with an engaging personality.
