Took my wife here for a couples massage, my wife is 7 months pregnant and they were very accommodating and took care of her needs as well as very attentive to our preferences and how hard we'd like pressure. Had an overall amazing time and left feeling wonderful
I was returning a chair that I bought through a third-party vendor. Osaki was unable to process the refund due to a seller portalerror. I had four or five extended chats with this vendor where they asked the same questions over and over and over again. they kept assuring me that it was being escalated and would be taken care of.
During that time, I was also emailing Jeff at Osaki and he was very helpful trying to do whatever he could.
He exhibited customer service that was extra mile through many emails
My wife and I had gotten the couples massage and it was very good. I believe it was the best massage I have received anywhere. They are very good working the sore areas and very affordable. I would definitely recommend coming here and we plan on going back.
