“My experience with Osaki pedicure chairs and company has been great. Their customer support team is very helpful and quick to answer your questions.

We purchased four pedicure chairs in 2023 and have not had any issues. We have only replaced the jet covers due to normal wear and tear. When I initially purchased the chairs, I had several questions which they quickly answered. They also sent me a digital copy of the manual for future use.

I recently reached out to them to purchase new drain stoppers. They asked that I send them photos to ensure I got the right parts. They shipped them out the next day which was great.

Henry from their customer service team was great to deal with. He was knowledgeable anr made sure we got what we needed.

“i did the scalp detox treatment and was very satisfied with the process and outcome! prices were very fair compared to other headspas in the area, especially for the amount of service included. we started off with a scalp analysis and they used a microscopic tool to show me my hair follicles thickness and where i had buildup, irritation and dandruff. overall my scalp was mostly healthy with minor buildup and the machine marked on the screen various information about my scalp. during the treatment they massaged my head and washed my hair and even massaged my whole body in a quiet relaxed room. once all done we went back into the scalp analysis room and while waiting they gave me fruits, snacks and water. finally we saw how much less buildup, irritation and dandruff there was. i also came with a friend who had much more buildup and irritation from dyeing their hair recently and we saw practically no buildup after. i definitely recommend giving Vivian's a try out if you want to know where your hair and head health is at or even for the spa treatment! the service and people were awesome.“

“In my experience coming here over the years, Structural Elements’ SI practitioners have been fantastic. Their approach to functional training has given me more confidence that my body can do amazing things! They’ve helped me work through injuries I had from a car accident. Kali, Isaac, and Zack have worked with me to help me with my plantar fasciitis issues. I was told for years by physical therapists and chiropractors that I had plantar fasciitis. However, no one ever taught me practical exercises to help. I even had one practitioner tell me that I should never go barefoot. Going off of that advice, I wore shoes for years, but had extreme discomfort when I didn’t wear them. Doesn’t that seem wrong-to not be able to walk barefoot? After going through a corrective bodywork series, I started to feel more mobility in my ankles and my toes. Also, I noticed improvement with my knees and hips-less aches and pains.
