We called Tree SHEPHERDS and Kim was so friendly and knowledgeable. she promptly scheduled our service. The morning of our service john came by and to make sure the crew was here and ready to go. Crew arrived on time and immediately got to work. We had a large project. They done a great job. Clayton came next day to insure that we were satisfied with their work. After all said and done we are highly satisfied. These guys done a great job for us. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them ?.
During inspection, they noticed faint algae growth on one roof section. I thought it was just dirt, but they explained it was a sign of consistent moisture exposure in that area. That helped identify a slow, long-term leak source.

I called Masten Air because our unit stopped blowing cold air and the company we used prior wanted to charge us $2400 to fix it after making us sit in hot air for a week! When I called Masten Air they were able to get to us the next day. After looking at our unit they discovered that the issue our other company told us was not even the problem. Our unit had just gotten low on refrigerant. Not only did we save thousands but we had our cold air back THAT DAY! So very thankful for Kyle, he was knowledgeable and very kind. Took the time to really explain everything to me.
Theresa is the best! We followed her for years.. from Flower Mound to North Dallas, to Lake Dallas.. back to N. Dallas and ending in Flower Mound for years.. but it was WORTH EVERY MILE.. she made my grandmother, Nana, smile. And that makes everything worth it for me! I went in for a beard grooming and haircut, and what stood out was the careful attention to shaping. The barber didn’t rush and kept refining the look step by step. He also checked for symmetry from different angles and asked for feedback during the process. The final result looked clean and well-defined but still natural. The salon had a relaxed environment, which made the overall experience pleasant.

Sam was my barber it was my first time getting a haircut there. I showed him a video of what I wanted and he did amazing. I let my hair grow forever to and he made it work lol I also called and booked a walkin over the phone and was there in 5 min. He did a High fade and a beard trim and it was a 9/10 and I asked him to fix 2 things and he did exactly what I asked and he got a 10/10 for me as well after the 2 fixes! He took his time he didn’t rush and I can’t find a stray hair in my head! I’ll definitely be back thanks again Sam! I’m also very very picky about who cuts my hair and he passed my test???
They custom make all our clients cabinets and countertops. Ask for Jordan. They do Corian and Quartz Tops all in-house so no waiting around. Good ETA's for deliverables. Cabinets are custom design or standard upper and lowers for medical office or kiosks.
We interviewed 6 different pool companies before deciding to go with Joy Pools. We were blown away by Todd’s design. It was far better than any of the others and we couldn’t beat their pricing. Todd was so pleasant to work with throughout the whole process, even during the construction phase of the pool, he checked in on how we felt about the process. Communication from Diane in the office was wonderful and she kept us well informed of next steps. If something came up, we felt seen and heard. Reed and Noah handled the construction and I have zero complaints. Quick response to any needs we had and they aimed to make sure we were happy every step of the way. Our pool and patio turned out better than we ever imagined and several people have said they feel like they are at a resort when they are in our backyard. That right there is an amazing testament to the project. I would pick Joy Pools over and over again. Highly recommend.

I found Stone Systems walking through Costco. I wanted to upgrade my island stone to be a beautiful statement piece. Andrea was my very helpful consultant who came to my house for the initial consultation. The pricing was very reasonable for the work I wanted and I found the whole process to be pretty straightforward. There were a few bumps of picking the material, but I was very impressed with how they handled the issues. They communicated with me immediately and offered great alternatives. Overall, I found Stone Systems to be highly professional and customer service focused. They didn’t let any problems be “my problem”. They tackled them head on and I am thrilled with my new waterfall island stone! Che k out the before and after photos!
