Drew was FANTASTIC. My complex called him out because my water heater was not doing its job, and he was seriously the best. Super professional, kind, thorough, and he fixed everything so I can finally have hot water again (and yes, I like my showers basically lava).
I’m also nosy and asked what was going on, and he took the time to explain everything without making me feel annoying or clueless. I genuinely can’t recommend Drew enough. He’s been doing this for almost a decade and it definitely shows.

We were moving in to our new house and needed a new 240V outlet, breaker, and run new wire for an oven. Aegis was not only priced very competitively, but were able to get the job on their calendar and get it done quickly! Kyle was the name of the electrician who handled the job and was very professional and extremely respectful with my fiancee! A few days later when the appliance was dropped off and did not work, with the appliance installer saying it was a problem with the house wiring. I was able to reach out to Kyle directly who was working another job close by and said he'd come by and take a look. He diagnosed the poor wiring job the appliance installer had done on the machine and had it fixed with probably no more than 15 minutes onsite. I highly recommend this company and particularly Kyle for any electrical work needed.

Dropped off my 2022 Toyota Tacoma to get dents popped out on my hood, fenders, and top of truck from the recent hail storm months back. He Got it done super fast. Looks good as new. He even went the extra mile & popped out a door ding dent on the driver door most likely from another vehicle hitting mines in a parking lot, but not from hail damage. I normally don’t write reviews but I had to in this instance. I didn’t have an appointment, but they managed to get my cat in for grooming and nail clipping that same day. Unfortunately, I got a flat tire on the way to pick him up. I was only two minutes from my apartment but fifteen minutes from them — and they offered to bring him to me. And they did it with no extra fees (it was my first time with them too!) I was able to get him home and focus on getting a new tire because of their kindness and dedication. I will definitely be coming back, and cannot recommend them enough!

I called to advise that I had a bad experience with my recent hair color appointment, which left my hair color orange. After sharing my experience with Courtney, she assured me that they could transform my color and provide me with exactly what I preferred. She referred me to Ashton. who was one of the. most personable, knowledgeable and welcoming Master Stylist! I was nervous, because I didn't know Courtney or Ashton. But from the time I walked into the salon which was absolutely beautiful, I was meet with positive energy, a welcoming spirit, an infectious warm personality, undeniable confidence that I would be handled with care and peace that literally surpassed my understanding. Ashton, talked to me about how to proceed, immediately gathered the resources necessary and completely transformed my hair! Oh and the head spa shampoo massaging bed just took me over the top! I experienced relaxation from head to toe! While washing my hair and explaining the transformation of my hair as well as a long term hair care plan, I laid back on this massage spa bed and was taken to another level of relaxation! 100 out of 100 experience! Ashton was simply AMAZING, Courtney the owner was attentive to my needs and absolutely confident in the special gift that her Master Stylist Ashton possessed! I've never had a salon experience like so and would highly recommend this salon to anyone seeking a place that is equipped with professionals that are phenomenal, resources that meet all of their clients needs, and an atmosphere conducive to relaxation as well as fellowship! Great experience - met me early on a Saturday and did exactly what I asked for
I saw Sarah for the first time. I started by telling her what I had tried to accomplish the last time I had gotten my haircut and how it ended up not working for my routine. I asked her opinion if there was a way I could make it work for me. She explained why it didn't work and how we could tweak it so that I got the desired effect while keeping in mind the reality of my hair routine, which I really appreciated! She was also easy to talk to throughout the appointment. I have spent the last 5 years continually trying new salons and various stylists at those salons after my stylist of 8 years moved. I was continually left unimpressed with the customer service of each new salon or felt like the stylist didn't listen to my requests and/or spent the entire appointment talking to a colleague and ignoring me. I was so relieved that this was not my experience at Laina Salon or with Sarah! As an added test, I had to bring my young son with me to the appointment, which I had avoided every other time I've gotten my haircut. He interrupted multiple times, just being a little kid that was bored. Sarah never missed a beat and was patient the entire time. Now I know to definitely not bring him in the future for my own sanity, but it also showed me that Sarah was genuine. So not only did I get the haircut I wanted, but I also am finally looking forward to going back to the same place for my next haircut after years of continually searching for somebody new to see!

Not to be redundant but Kool is a cool dude.
Kool trimmed me up during the final hour and did so diligently. He’s pleasant to talk with, he approaches his craft with care; and he’s flexible with form of payment.
Some barbers don’t take the time to detail a buzz cut, which is understandable. Nevertheless, that didn’t stop Kool from being thorough; insofar from my hair and facial hair.
The cost came out to $40 at least in my case [before tip]; barely above Great Clips pricing for hair and beard care.
FYI, his preferred payment is Zelle though he additionally accepts Apple Pay, or cash.
With not a lot of options in College Station PBT is pretty much it, however the girls here are always so friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend for a great tan :)

Been visiting another large nail lounge in town and they have done a terrible job on my nails the past 4 times I was there. Super expensive, as well. I found Q Nails and they did an AMAZING job on my nails. I am so happy with them! I would highly recommend this place. It’s not an “in and out” fast work nail salon. They make sure to do a great job. Definitely worth the time and money.

I've been going here for years! The location is most convenient for me but more important is that they do the best work on my nails consistently. I have tried other places but I genuinely love their work the most. The environment is quiet, I can just sit down and enjoy the process. The technicians are always kind and open to any ideas I have. Everyone is also very patient with me when I am indecisive. Lucky Nails is, without a doubt, my favorite spot to have a little time to myself and because I know I'm coming out of there with the prettiest nails and toes!

I highly recommend coming to get your piercings here especially with Lezlie. I came in to have a stuck nose piercing out due to me accidentally snagging the back piece out. She was able to help me out and save me a visit to the Dr. she’s very knowledgeable and informed me on what to expect for the healing process and for next time when I come in on how will go about re piercing. To add I had other ear piercings I had done elsewhere and she immediately noticed one of them was being rejected and also recommended I remove it before it left an ugly tear (which I would have never noticed if it weren’t for her). She’s very sweet and patient with you and is caring. From now on I’ll be coming straight to her for my piercing needs (:

Cascade Plumbing is amazing. They replaced my Rinnai tankless heater a little more than a year ago very quickly (they're an authorized dealer) and did a fantastic job; they even replaced all of the fittings and piping around it at no extra charge. When we were discussing the home, the owner Mark mentioned that he'd plumbed this estate home when it was built more than 20 years ago. Then, a few weeks ago, it started triggering a code 11 and it was fully replaced under warranty. Today, it triggered a code 12, and Mark immediately came out (within a few hours) and replaced the regulator as well. I'm extremely impressed by Mark and Bill at Cascade and hope they will be available for my future homes as well.

Plumbers were knowledgeable and courteous. They took care of the issue with my bathtub leak. Upon job completion payment was requested and I paid. Later in the day I noticed they had left my main water shut off valve concrete cover open in the yard. I called to have them send anyone to come and place it back. No one came, I had to closet it. They had also left the bathtub plumbing access panel open. I have a little one, so although these things seem minor, the lack of thoroughness in completing a job is dangerous.

We were moving in to our new house and needed a new 240V outlet, breaker, and run new wire for an oven. Aegis was not only priced very competitively, but were able to get the job on their calendar and get it done quickly! Kyle was the name of the electrician who handled the job and was very professional and extremely respectful with my fiancee! A few days later when the appliance was dropped off and did not work, with the appliance installer saying it was a problem with the house wiring. I was able to reach out to Kyle directly who was working another job close by and said he'd come by and take a look. He diagnosed the poor wiring job the appliance installer had done on the machine and had it fixed with probably no more than 15 minutes onsite. I highly recommend this company and particularly Kyle for any electrical work needed.

Had an issue with a breaker caused by...well...carelessness with a screwdriver. Called Elite on Tuesday and they said the earliest they could have someone unfortunately wasn't until Thursday. I said that was fine. Got a call Wednesday morning from Joel, one of their electricians saying he had time today and could come over in 15 min! He came, I told him a few other things I wanted looked at. He did as much as he could do before his next appointment and said he would be back the next day. He came the next day and fixed 3-4 of my projects I've been putting off. They were friendly, punctual, and best of all, reasonably priced. I was pleasantly surprised because I've always heard the stereotype of electricians and plumbers being super expensive, but Elite has my vote 100% anytime I need electrical work done for all the reasons above and more. Our experience with Stearns was great! We remodeled 2 bathrooms. I loved the process of designing them. Stearns has you submit lots of ideas and then they piece together a mood board that incorporates those ideas into a stunning design. Everyone is so nice to work with. We love how our bathrooms came out! We get compliments all the time. It’s been 6 months and everything still looks as beautiful as the day it was completed.

Chris at Aggieland Contracting is wonderful to work with. We have been working with him since 2020 and he has never been late to an appointment. He has always been punctual with sending out quotes on projects and fixing any changes we had. We like to send Chris any pictures that we have and what we want the project to look like and the finished product always comes out perfect. He has installed skylights in our kitchen and outdoor space in our back yard, made custom made gates and garage for us, installed new fencing, new windows in my wife's office and our kids bathroom, etc!! I could go on but the list is too long. Chris is great at communicating whether it be email or by phone, he will make sure that the customer is always happy with the finished project. We will continue to work with Chris because of his professionalism, workmanship, and his dedication to make customers his number one priority!!
Drew was FANTASTIC. My complex called him out because my water heater was not doing its job, and he was seriously the best. Super professional, kind, thorough, and he fixed everything so I can finally have hot water again (and yes, I like my showers basically lava).
I’m also nosy and asked what was going on, and he took the time to explain everything without making me feel annoying or clueless. I genuinely can’t recommend Drew enough. He’s been doing this for almost a decade and it definitely shows.

Landscaping Ninjas is a professional company with very friendly workers. They do good quality work and give knowledgeable advice. I have used their services over several years to improve my yard, now that my children are grown up. They quickly installed several dry riverbeds that look really nice. They leveled the ground over roots and laid shade tolerant sod grass. They have helped with erosion control and installed better drainage systems. Daniel has consulted about tree trimming and light exposure to improve my landscaping. I like the service so much that I don’t shop around anymore. They are very nice to work with. They were so gentle and sweet to my 94 yr old Mom, her caregiver that was petrified to go to a dentist (she said it was painless) and always to me.

The atmosphere and setting was beautiful. Great staff but This visit was a bit overwhelming for me that I cried. My previous dentist could get me in till a week later but they booked me the next day. Went in for an extraction. Pain level an 8. I just wanted the pain to stop, hadn't slept in two nights and just wanted this tooth gone. A sweet lady came in to access, gave me different options, root canal, crowns, cosmetic, implants, stated the tooth could be saved... At this point her mouth was moving but I wasn't hearing anything. It seemed like my pain had over rode her talking. I bursed into tears not because she did anything wrong, but the fact that as bad I I wanted more done to my teeth, I knew I couldn't afford it. Was there on a budget and the extraction seemed to be my only choice. And still had to pay something out of pocket. the process went smooth but was kind of disappointed that there weren't any pain meds prescribed for me. The other dentists in the past I went to would always send me with a prescription of some sort.. they instructed over the counter would work. Two days later I'm leaving this review and mouth still sore and in pain. Called to see if a prescription could be sent in and they are closed. I'm scheduled for a follow up visit and cleaning for August. We'll see how that visit goes. 👍🏾
I have been taking my granddaughter to BVPD for over 3 years. As far as my granddaughter dental health is concern. The staff and dentists at BVPD work great with children and provide excellent dental care.

The staff and Dr Vera are a terrific professional group of dentists and her support. I had an afternoon cleaning. Upon my arrival home, I ate some hard pretzels and broke a tooth. I immediately called the office and they told me to come immediately back to the office. Over the remaining afternoon, they fit me in to replace a broken crown and stayed late to complete the job. They are a terrific dental office.

Had my new patient exam at Central Texas Chiropractic Health and Wellness today and couldn’t be happier. I was able to make an appointment FAST and the team took great care of my. They offered a variety of treatment from an initial xray, to several tools used to relieve my pain as well as a great adjustment.
Chasing Tails is an amazing and stressless mobile Vet service. My dog hates riding in the car and going to the Vet. The Veterinary and her Assistant are amazing. Even brought peanut butter and treats for my dog to keep her calm and to take her mind off what they were doing. She did so amazing for them. They stay so calm which calmed my dog. What a great service!
The whole staff is always caring and go out of there way to help! I’ve been with them since Dr. Gary and as new people come on it is still the kindness and understanding that always brings me back.

I took my dog to get a few teeth pulled and they were amazing to her. They took the time to do what was needed and made sure she came out healthy. Ellie was amazing to her, she is such a sweet positive girl. Haden was also great, answered all my questions and explained everything. Dr. Gordon came and spoke with me, explaining the procedure and told me what to expect and how to use the meds. The price was also fair. I love this place.

Dr. Griffin and his vet school team were excellent, providing top care for my three year old warmblood filly and her first dental visit. They treated her with such care, knowledge, and compassion that made her instantly trust them. She is usually is reserved with new people! My parents have been taking my dog to Vetco for a while now. They’re always so happy about the care he receives there and they love that the vets aren’t pushy and won’t guilt trip you if you choose not to go forward with certain services. I wish I could remember all the names of everyone who took care of my dog this weekend during an emergency pyometra surgery. I know there was Dr Pankowski Dr Yoder and Dr Taylor and so many others who contributed to Mila’s care. I was updated several times a day with patience, concern and compassion on how my my fur baby was doing. I had no doubt in my mind that she was getting the best care possible with this team. Although this procedure was way over my personal budget, it was worth every penny for the tender care she received. They did their best to keep close to the estimate but there were some complications. I’m so glad I brought her there and I’m so glad to have my dog home recovering well.

I normally don’t write reviews but I had to in this instance. I didn’t have an appointment, but they managed to get my cat in for grooming and nail clipping that same day. Unfortunately, I got a flat tire on the way to pick him up. I was only two minutes from my apartment but fifteen minutes from them — and they offered to bring him to me. And they did it with no extra fees (it was my first time with them too!) I was able to get him home and focus on getting a new tire because of their kindness and dedication. I will definitely be coming back, and cannot recommend them enough!
