The young lady that assisted before Dr Tran was excellent - and I always appreciate how Dr Tran listens and tries to address any concerns.<br>My only negative is getting a phone call (that I missed) that I needed to confirm the appt to hold my spot. If I haven’t cancelled the appt - then I will be there!! I feel like it would be a more positive experience to send a reminder instead of ‘confirm or we will cancel’. The on-line was also not very user friendly.”

“I highly recommend Dr. Koch and Brilliant Eye Care!<br><br>Last year, Dr. Koch noticed an unusual issue with my eyes and recommended I start seeing a retina specialist to have it monitored. During my regular visit today, I immediately noticed that the gray/black spots in my vision had drastically changed. I was actually already on the phone with my retina specialist when Dr. Koch came in.<br><br>He remembered me and immediately pulled up last year’s scans beside today’s to show me that I wasn’t imagining it—there really was a change. He reassured me, walked me through what he was seeing, and made sure everything was sent to my specialist. He even printed hard copies for me to take to my appointment tomorrow morning, just to make sure they could clearly compare the changes.<br><br>Having a doctor who remembers you, listens when you say something isn’t right, and genuinely wants to make sure you’re taken care of means a lot—especially when something is scary. I’m very grateful Dr. Koch caught this last year and has continued to take such great care of me. Highly recommend!”
