My first appointment with Dr Parsons was this morning. He listened intently to my version of the neck pain I had experienced in the last few days. A detailed description of the techniques he uses to ease the pain was discussed including charts of the muscles. He explained everything. Then he took me to Raven, for several physical therapy exercises. She was great. I left there being able to turn my head left and right and up and down without pain. With a daily exercise plan sent to my inbox I will return next week for a second treatment.
Second time at Airrosti and they fixed me up again. This round was for a shoulder impingement—now I’m back to moving like a functional human and not wincing every time I reach for something.
