Honest work, fair price — the real deal!
Had a complete HVAC failure at my rental property. A home warranty contractor came out first and conveniently left out the real issue on the diagnosis. Found Dr. Kool (Patrick ) here on google and he identified and fixed everything — replaced the condensing unit, swapped the orifice for R-410A, replaced the filter drier, capacitor, disconnect box, and re-insulated the copper lines. System is cooling perfectly.
Have had him come to my shop twice now for two different incidents. Every time he does an extremely fair and honest price and always gets me right. Thank you again ! Will definitely call next time I need help again
