Though I decided to not move forward with this service because I had a hard budget set. I wanted to take the time to leave a review based on the responsiveness and professionalism of the team I interacted with. I contacted this company, via Facebook, as they came up on my feed, an ad I presume, asking for a quote. I received a response in about 10 minutes and they had someone in the area to give me a quote within a couple of hours. The entire process was flawless! From the moment Cassie showed up and quoted our garage floor, to the finished product, every step went as planned. Everyone was prompt, courteous and professional. The installation of the coating on our patio was a five star experience from the initial research and options visit by Cassie to the final application by Zac, Daniel , and Josh. The entire staff were very professional and friendly and the process went like clockwork; on schedule and on time.
