“I saw Sarah for the first time. I started by telling her what I had tried to accomplish the last time I had gotten my haircut and how it ended up not working for my routine. I asked her opinion if there was a way I could make it work for me. She explained why it didn't work and how we could tweak it so that I got the desired effect while keeping in mind the reality of my hair routine, which I really appreciated! She was also easy to talk to throughout the appointment. I have spent the last 5 years continually trying new salons and various stylists at those salons after my stylist of 8 years moved. I was continually left unimpressed with the customer service of each new salon or felt like the stylist didn't listen to my requests and/or spent the entire appointment talking to a colleague and ignoring me. I was so relieved that this was not my experience at Laina Salon or with Sarah! As an added test, I had to bring my young son with me to the appointment, which I had avoided every other time I've gotten my haircut. He interrupted multiple times, just being a little kid that was bored. Sarah never missed a beat and was patient the entire time. Now I know to definitely not bring him in the future for my own sanity, but it also showed me that Sarah was genuine. So not only did I get the haircut I wanted, but I also am finally looking forward to going back to the same place for my next haircut after years of continually searching for somebody new to see!”

I’ve never had a prenatal massage before, and most of my pain has been in my shoulders and upper back. I left feeling so much better and relaxed. I’m definitely coming back! 💕 Also, Whitney at the front desk was super sweet and welcoming. Such a great experience overall! 🫶🏼”
