“This was my 1st time coming to Scent Hound after grooming with another big box groomer in which I had to change because we could NEVER get him scheduled. But im so glad I now found my new groomer. They treated my fur baby with love and care and he looked amazing when I picked him up. I signed up for the membership because the perks are unmatched. “I normally don’t write reviews but I had to in this instance. I didn’t have an appointment, but they managed to get my cat in for grooming and nail clipping that same day. Unfortunately, I got a flat tire on the way to pick him up. I was only two minutes from my apartment but fifteen minutes from them — and they offered to bring him to me. And they did it with no extra fees (it was my first time with them too!) I was able to get him home and focus on getting a new tire because of their kindness and dedication. I will definitely be coming back, and cannot recommend them enough!“
