The atmosphere and setting was beautiful. Great staff but This visit was a bit overwhelming for me that I cried. My previous dentist could get me in till a week later but they booked me the next day. Went in for an extraction. Pain level an 8. I just wanted the pain to stop, hadn't slept in two nights and just wanted this tooth gone. A sweet lady came in to access, gave me different options, root canal, crowns, cosmetic, implants, stated the tooth could be saved... At this point her mouth was moving but I wasn't hearing anything. I highly recommend this place. I moved to bryan in November and was looking for a new dentist. A coworker had recommended this place and let me say, I am so pleased with them. They are the kindest most patient people I have ever met. Dr Melton was amazing, unfortunately I had to have a tooth pulled and he talked me through the entire process, knowing I was nervous. He took his time with the numbing to ensure it was done properly. He was very gentle and explained everything he was doing and how much longer we had. Since the time I got the office until I was called there was no more than 1minute. Then the thecniccian who attended was the BEST, always explaining, being care of me, and the doctor were so nice and did their job quickly and very good.
