She was able to help me out and save me a visit to the Dr. she’s very knowledgeable and informed me on what to expect for the healing process and for next time when I come in on how will go about re piercing. To add I had other ear piercings I had done elsewhere and she immediately noticed one of them was being rejected and also recommended I remove it before it left an ugly tear (which I would have never noticed if it weren’t for her).
