I cannot say enough good things about 1 Above Pest Control and Dennis! He goes above and beyond to make sure every concern is addressed and always takes the extra step to provide excellent service.
Today, Dennis brought a ladder and took care of 5-6 wasp nests around my home. He even climbed onto the roof to safely reach one that was difficult to access. That kind of dedication and attention to detail is hard to find.
Every time Dennis treats my home for pests, I have no issues. He is reliable, thorough, and truly cares about making sure his customers are taken care of.

I would like to thank 1 Above Pest Control Services for their excellent quality of service. The friendly and prompt attention to scheduling an appointment and following through every step (thanks, Katey) was exceptional and made the whole experience favorable. The technician was very through and took extra time to answer my questions and let me know what to expect from the extermination process. While I am totally for live and let live for creatures and critters...their are exceptions within my home. I am thankful for 1 Above Pest Control Services and the service they provide for our community and would highly recommend this company!
We just moved to the King Oaks area, and our neighbors recommended 1-Above Pest Control (Katie & Dennis). We contacted them, and Katie was so nice and friendly. Dennis came out and spent over 2 hours evaluating and treating the inside and out, and even cleaning off the dirt dauber nests. He is so knowledgable and he educated us about the type of pests and things we can expect here. Their customer service is something that is hard to find lately. Thank you Dennis & Katie....your company is awesome!
