Had to put down my 17-year-old Snuzzer, he lived a long life but had a lot of issues, eye infections, allergies, diarrhea, Cushions disease but Shenandoah aways came to rescue for Kirby, I took a small break, now I have another snuzzer named Rocky I will trust will Shanandoah once again.
My dog had some really scary symptoms pop up unexpectedly. I called Shenandoah in a panic and they squeezed me in right away. They were waiting when I got there to get my dog back as soon as possible. Both the vet and the vet tech were thorough, caring, and knowledgeable. Luckily, my dog only had a bacterial infection, which is easy to treat. Her symptoms actually dissipated within hours of her first dose of medication. I have been taking both of my dogs to Dr. Green at Shenandoah for years and I’m always impressed and thankful for their expertise and caring manner. I feel confident in their abilities to take care of my fur babies in every situation.
Great service we forgot to call ahead and the lady just kindly told us to wait a bit and then reminded us to call ahead for future visits. We got our pets weighed and the medicine we needed for a reasonable price for the two of them and it only took like 10 minutes. Awesome service and great employees can't wait to come back.
