My wife and I have been taking our dogs to vets all over Texas and Oklahoma for 30 years. College Hills is wonderful! They are kind, communicate well, explain everything, and seem to truly care. The facilities are clean and their scheduling allows us to get in, get care, and get out in an appropriate amount of time. The vet techs and vet physicians are all professional and kind. Love this place!
I had to bring my dog in for a poisoning situation. They got her in quick and presented all options. Ultimately we did have to euthanize. They were kind and caring and gave me all the time I needed.
My service dog was seen here after she was bitten by another dog, and I’m grateful for how thoroughly she was treated. The staff moved quickly, explained everything clearly, and handled her with real care. They caught damage I didn’t realize was there and made sure she was comfortable before we left. I appreciate the attention to detail and the way they treated her like more than just another patient and the follow up phone calls.
