Mark and his team and nothing less but excellent at diagnosing, fixing or replacing anything and everything that can go wrong with your Rinnai Tankless water heater. Honest, fast, reliable company. I am lucky to have them work on my units.

I had a tankless water heater that needed to be plumbed to the farthest point of my house for hot water and some dip switches on the tankless to be set. The water I was getting took 2 minutes to get warm. Mark, the owner, was very kind and explained what he was going to do. Two hours later I was getting warm water and even hot water after running the kitchen faucet for about ten seconds. Cascade even went the extra mile and insulated some additional pipes below the tankless and cleaned it up. I am very happy with the service as well as the results. I had them come twice for different repairs: once to install a new water heater and the other time to repair de-pressurizer. For both repairs, their jobs were "clean".
