Used them for supplies on four bathroom remodels. Beat prices on tile, granite and plumbing pieces. Got prices from four top-rated flooring supply/installers for vinyl planking and carpet. They beat Home Depot and other private companies on total bid. Worked with wife several days to find the LVT the wife wanted in color and look. Went upstairs to look at some stock that was not on the floor to find the perfect choice. We picked a carpet they keep in stock which enabled them to lower price. We wanted to remodel our 1980's design primary bathroom that is quite large (400sq/ft). We received three bids, including FFM. Prices were all over the place and it appeared some were adding significantly for items/designs we really did not want. So, I tried to get all three on an equal basis with exactly what we wanted done. In my final bid reviews and in dealing with the people, it became clear that FFM was the winner with a clear estimate and detailing what we had discussed.
