“We had two tankless hot water heaters replaced in June. There was a slight leak in the gas line and we called for an opinion as to if it was from the repair or something else. Leo (who had installed the tankless units) came out and did a thorough inspection locating the leak and fixed it. This is a quality plumbing outfit and Leo is a great and knowledgable part of the team. He explained everything as he went through the process and sent pictures with the final invoice (which they covered in its entirety under warranty). Plumbers Leo and Colton checked my home for what I feared might be a burst pipe. It wasn't, but they found the reason for leakage, patiently explained the problem and how they would fix it and got it repaired. The charge was much less than I anticipated, too. They even played with my dog a few minutes after they completed their work. I cannot stress enough how satisfied I am with their work.
