“Plumbers were knowledgeable and courteous. They took care of the issue with my bathtub leak. Upon job completion payment was requested and I paid. Later in the day I noticed they had left my main water shut off valve concrete cover open in the yard. I called to have them send anyone to come and place it back. No one came, I had to closet it. They had also left the bathtub plumbing access panel open. I have a little one, so although these things seem minor, the lack of thoroughness in completing a job is dangerous.“

They replaced my Rinnai tankless heater a little more than a year ago very quickly (they're an authorized dealer) and did a fantastic job; they even replaced all of the fittings and piping around it at no extra charge. When we were discussing the home, the owner Mark mentioned that he'd plumbed this estate home when it was built more than 20 years ago. Then, a few weeks ago, it started triggering a code 11 and it was fully replaced under warranty. Today, it triggered a code 12, and Mark immediately came out (within a few hours) and replaced the regulator as well.
