I have been going to ProActive a little over a year now and have been very happy with all the results I have seen. I would highly recommend if you have any sports related injury or pain at all!!! I have gone in for regular adjustments, dry needling, and rock tape for my ankle. All of these have worked very well and I have always felt very comfortable speaking with the team about any concerns I have.

I made an appointment at Proactive because I had lower back pain and Proactive had a great reputation. Not only did Dr. Rowan address and correct the problem, he made other adjustments that made me realize that other areas weren’t feeling as good as they could. In the last year, my tension headaches have drastically decreased and I feel so much better. Both Dr. Rowan and Dr. Allen take the time to get to know you and provide a personalized treatment plan. They have a passion for helping others and I cannot recommend Proactive enough!
