I appreciated how quickly they responded. Patricia took the time to explain what she was doing. She sprayed along all the baseboards/windowsills inside and around the entire house outside. She was friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you!

I called this morning and Don Black was my point of contact. He was able to get a tech out within the hour! Patricia Alexander came to my apartment and was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had found termites on Friday night last week. We had called another company and only talked to customer service with them. They never showed up on Monday. Late Monday afternoon I called Orkin. I spoke with Don Black and he immediately comforted me. He sent someone out the next morning. They came with the equipment and fixed it right then and there. It was a great experience and it was a lot cheaper than the other company would have charged me. I even had a flare up over the next weekend and i was able to call Don again he told me what to do on a Sunday morning. This is great customer service and they great the job done.Service: Termite extermination
