I've been going to Kendall for several years now, and can't recommend enough! I first started seeing her at Spoke & Weal in LA, where we immediately bonded over both being from Nashville. She gave me some of the best haircuts (and blow outs) I've ever had, so when we coincidentally moved back to Nashville around the same time, I was thrilled to be able to continue seeing her. Her haircuts grow out beautifully (can't tell you how many compliments I get). As someone with thick hair, I love the movement and life she brings to every cut. One of the things I appreciate most is that she just gets it--I never have to explain what I want. She always knows exactly what to do! On top of that, she's genuinely great to talk to, which makes the whole experience even better!

I am beyond grateful I found Studio Strange and Lacey. It was one of the best haircut experiences I have ever had. Lacey listened intently to what I wanted and then took time to explain options to achieve it. I had half of my head shaved for the past five years and started growing it back out a few months back. I went to Nashville for a bachelorette and decided to get a haircut at the beginning of the trip while treating the bride to a blowout. Krystal was the first to cut my hair as an adult that wasnt a family member and I LOVED IT. She added texture, and made me feel so comfortable. My friend got a blowout by Kayla and it looked beautiful! We had such a nice morning getting pampered by both of them. 1000/10 recommend.
I lived in Nashville for years, and Allison at Hue Hair Studio did my hair the whole time. I used to get my blonde hair highlighted every 8 weeks, and she also did my extensions and haircuts. She was always amazing, and now that I’ve moved, I miss her so much. I also miss the salon itself because the whole team is truly talented and kind. Allison is one of the owners, and it really shows in how much care she and the team put into every client.
If Allison is booked, I would honestly trust any of the other stylists with my blonde hair/haircut/extensions/etc. Robert and Jason are incredible, and everyone there really takes pride in their work. It is one of the few salons where you can sit in any chair and know you are in good hands.

I have been bouncing to several other barbers around town (independent & chains), never finding the attention to detail nor the intentional focus on what I was looking for. I found it with Laurel at Stylo Barber + Supply. She listened. Made suggestions. Listened again & then proceeded to give me a spectacular haircut.

This salon is great! Emily and Aisha are wonderful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They have given me helpful advice during my tanning journey to fit my needs. The salon is always clean and tanning beds are always available. I drive 25 minutes to get there but it's worth it for a nice, clean salon with friendly, welcoming service!

I’ve been visiting this salon once a month for over a year. I personally only get a pedicure with gel polish. I have tried a few different options, but the happy feet pedicure is my go to. It’s fairly priced for the massage and exfoliation that’s included and it leaves my feet so soft afterwards! I do walk-in’s and have had service done by multiple staff members. They are friendly, consistent, and take pride in their work. I just took advantage of my birthday month discount and I love the cat eye polish I chose this month! I highly recommend Sunlight Nails!

Kaylin absolutely delivered in every way possible. My hair and makeup trial went well, but I ended up changing my mind at the last minute and WOW… she nailed it. I rarely wear makeup and initially thought I wanted soft glam, but I realized I wanted full glam; and I have zero regrets. I felt incredibly beautiful, and the photos came out stunning. No need for airbrush when you have a stellar team like this.

I’ve been getting Botox since I was 18 (ope ?) and I’m now approaching 30. I’ve been to multiple different injectors in multiple different states and hands down Kevin is the best injector I’ve ever been to. He made me feel heard and he actually listened to what I wanted and evaluated my face and angles and what would look best for me. I’ve done cheek, and chin filler with him and forehead, crows feet, eyebrow and maester Botox with him and you literally cannot tell. I look so natural, but enhanced!

She took the time to explain her recommendations for a gradual personalized treatment. Her office reflects who she is, small but open. It is warm and light, yet peaceful and welcoming. Interesting but not cluttered. Good vibes, I wholeheartedly recommend.

I went to Ashley looking for a natural, preventative regimen that I could keep up and afford. Ashley is very knowledgeable and thoughtful about her approach to skincare. The combination of the products she uses, her attention to detail and the incredible massage she gives during her facials makes them a perfect mix of luxury and medical grade. She is also quite masterful with eyebrow waxing and tinting – the best I've found after five years in Nashville.

I've had two spray tans at Anastacia (one for my wedding and honeymoon). Now, I think I may be addicted to spray tans. I searched for the best spray tan in Nashville, and several people on Reddit spoke highly of Anastacia. Dallas and Carly are amazing, it feels like you're getting spray tanned by your friends (which is nice- it makes you forget you're naked in front of someone you don't know). Everyone is so kind and has a cool girl vibe with zero pretentiousness! If you're on the fence- don't be, this is the place to go.

After drawing in my eyebrows the exact same way for 10+ years, I decided it was finally time to get my brows microbladed. I searched many different places but decided on The Groom Room because I wanted the natural look that Angie specializes in. She was communicative, easy to schedule with, and on the day of my appointment she walked me through the steps as she was doing them. Very helpful as it was my first experience! Also she's a great person, period. I enjoyed our convo as she worked. Six months after my appointment, my brows still look great! They look totally natural, I've never had anyone notice they're microbladed. And best of all, I haven't had to pick up my eyebrow pencil since!

Went on NYE to leave all the tension behind in 2025. Best decision I could’ve made to ring in the new year feeling refreshed. From the moment I walked in I felt relaxed. I was greeted by Connor at the door who has an amazing cool, calm, and professional vibe. It was perfect from the smells to the decorations to the warm dim lighting all the way to the relaxing music in every room. Being able to pick and choose the things I wanted done instead of having to book a full blown day package was the best! They built my wants and needs into their schedule. When having to wait a short bit for my next service they have a cozy room with snacks and tea.
TORI WAS AMAZING! Great massage from her. She had the perfect balance of knowing when to talk and have a conversation to when I wanted some silence without me having to say anything! She nailed it on the focus points I told her about. I also really liked how she told me what she was doing while working out tough spots on my back. She was explaining why my body was doing what it was doing and ways to help myself in the future. I liked hearing all of this information, but I know if I had wanted silence she would’ve easily obliged. Cannot recommend Tori enough!
Then I had a facial with Kaitlin who was equally AMAZING! She also was telling me about my skin and gave great tips for bettering myself in the future. My skin has never looked better in my entire LIFE!

I'm a Nashville local - received a gift card and redeemed for an eyebrow wax and 60-min custom facial. The service with Kimberly was very nice and my brows look nicer than they have in a while (typically do them myself at home). Some overall feedback: I had to wait ~20 minutes past my appointment time even though they asked me to arrive 10 mins early for forms (there were no forms). The facial itself was relaxing. I tend to get a bit of redness that flares up during a facial but it was significantly more during this treatment. Think it was a combination of the waxing light/heat along with the warm table. It also seemed that many of the products used made my face tingle. She mentioned that would happen but again, it didn't help my redness that I mentioned prior. With a gift card, it was definitely a nice treat. However, after being a member at Face Foundrie in the Gulch for years, in my opinion, you can get a similar quality facial there for quite a bit less (especially with their membership plans).

Was visiting Nashville and needed a haircut so I booked here and am so glad I did! I’m hr booking process was easy online and prices were less than others in the area and transparent. The space is very calm and private- unlike most salons. You need to go in through the back of the building- there’s a door directly to her space. Callie was so easy to talk to and very sweet. She took her time to make everything perfect and it never felt like she was being rushed - she made sure it was exactly how I wanted it. I absolutely love my haircut!!

Chipper did not do the original line work (that’s about 20 years old at this point) but he did an amazing job doing a partial coverup/reimagining of this piece I never finished on my chest.
He took the ideas I gave him and put his own, amazing artistic spin on it - plus took the time to build up this piece layer by layer - making sure it looked well placed on my body and well balanced on it as well. He took his time making sure we placed things well so that when he got to tattooing he could work quick and efficiently.
He checked in frequently, we took breaks when needed and overall the entire thing was a great experience & I will continue to recommend Chipper to anyone who will appreciate his amazing style.
Most of my tattoos feel more like stickers - this feels like a painting on my skin.
Leah helped me tremendously with a tattoo I wanted reworked. She took my current tattoo, the idea I had for the rework, and ran with it. Once she showed me the design, we talked through different variations and landed on a version that I am very pleased with. Leah herself is super personable, artistically-minded, and generally great to work with on this. I highly recommend the shop and Leah in particular.

I got the itch for a random tattoo and started looking for a good shop in town, contacted my artist, Sarah Ransom, via instagram for a quote and possible walk in appointment and had an appointment booked for the following day! We had extreme plumbing issues and damage from the ice storm and Josh and his co-worker fixed our issues extremely quickly and provided great communication in a time where it was very difficult to get a plumber due to so many being affected by the storm. He diagnosed the issues and within 24 hours had two new toilets delivered and installed. He figured out why my kitchen sink wasn’t draining and fixed the numerous leaks we had in our carport under the condo in just a few hours. If there was a 6 star rating, this company would get it. From initial contact with a county/state dictated issue, Mr. Rooter was amazing. They firstly came in under on their bid, for the same work. Then when things didn't go correctly, they said don't worry about anything we will take care of it and make it right, no extra costs etc.... Honestly couldn't recommend this family run company more, oh yes forgot to mention you always get a family member when you call. Seriously, call them you won't regret it.

I recently had Myers Heating and Cooling replace my heat and air unit. They installed the unit in one day and we had a minor issue with the fan blade rubbing the housing inside. My technician Luis not only replaced the fan blade but eventually got the new blade and motor assembly replaced and took the time to make me as a customer happy. Thanks to him and Myers for working to fix the problem and keep me as a customer forever.

PlumbMasters is a life saver! We have had plumbing issues with our house since moving in back in August. Come to find out, the whole house was running off of the ejector pump in the basement, was not up to code, and also not properly installed. After several plumbers telling us that they could not attach our main floor to the gravity line or asking an unattainable amount for repairs, we luckily found Mr. Scott with PlumbMasters. He came to the house on a Wednesday for his initial assessment. We received our quote that very same day. To top it off, he came back the following day to walk us through exactly what he would be doing to ensure we knew what we were paying for. He contacted the city to confirm water lines, drew a permit for the repairs, etc. The following Monday, Mr. Scott was out our house doing a total system repair. He dug and properly placed a new line (in the 90+ degree heat with no complaints, must I add), replaced our sump pump, and got the city here to confirm proper installation. From initial assessment to completion, the process took 6 days. SIX DAYS!! Talk about efficient! Mr. Scott and his team practice professionalism, effective communication, offer fair prices, and are hardworking. I can not recommend them enough!Services: Sewer repair

Baird electric did an amazing job feeding a new power line to my shop when I moved into my new home in 2021. Such a good job when I expanded my shop in 2022 I had them complete all the electrical work on the new portion and moving some existing wiring. They also fixed some unsafe wiring in my home I didn’t even know was there.

I'm so glad I was referred to Rose Carpet Cleaners. We had a cheap-ish s*** area rug that smelled like our dogs (no urine, just their bodies), and we wanted to get it cleaned instead of throwing it away. We had brought it to a dry cleaner, but the odor remained. We also tried spraying it with the dog odor remover sprays but that never lasted. Rose came to our apartment and picked up the carpet, and brought it back to our door within a week. Dog smell gone! We are delighted because we really like the carpet, and it was a very affordable and courteous service. I will use them again.

I recently found myself in a bind during a home renovation project, needing to replace some flooring urgently. I called a random number at the top of the Google list and got connected with Hardwoods of Nashville. From the start, Fred, who answered the phone, was incredibly helpful and professional.
I was dealing with a situation where my existing red oak flooring needed to be matched, but the contractors had sanded down a hallway that turned out to be white oak. The color variation was very apparent, and I was at a loss. I explained my situation to Fred, looking for a product to bleach the white oak, even though he didn't have it in stock. Despite there being no immediate gain for him, Fred offered valuable advice and suggestions on how to proceed.
After discussing it with my contractor, we decided the best course of action was to replace the white oak with red oak. I called Fred while on my way to pick up the order, and he had everything ready for me upon arrival. Within 24 hours of signing a contract with Urbanex, we had a service appointment. They did an excellent job. We had an exterior and interior service regarding the types of bugs we mentioned to them. They were completely taken care of, especially the gnats. We also had a lot of dead pests on both of our patios and really do every day. I called one time for them to come back and double check the rodent traps. They came out and checked the rodent traps and they were empty, but they replaced them anyway because of all the construction dust and debris. I really appreciated the work from Corey and Phoenix, who were both extremely professional and helpful regarding our home and pest problems. We would recommend them to anyone.
We have used Damien since 2021 and could not recommend him enough. When we first moved into our home we discovered a bad roach problem that went unnoticed in the inspections. We found Damien on line and he cleared us up right away. Since then we have stayed roach free and almost completely pest free at all times. But any time there is a problem (like a wasp nest) we call him up and he comes over within a few days and takes care of the problem immediately. Damien is very professional and we always have a great conversation with him while he's here!

Nick, Chris and Will did an absolutely amazing job installing a French drain around our detached garage for our new home in Hermitage. They replaced the old, dirt filled corrugated pipes with superior smooth-walled PVC pipes to ensure proper drainage. Our lawn is always beautiful, our shrubs are thriving with the shrub spraying program and our mulch is always done very generously! We hired, Nashville Tree Service, (NTS) to help us with major tree pruning and tree removal. When I requested a quote, Jeffrey was fast to respond via text. When he came to review the work we needed done he was very thoughtful on the project. Peter came highly recommended to us from our next door neighbor. We had several trees of various types (hackberry, crepe myrtle, multiple Japanese maples etc) that we needed trimmed back this past winter and we called up Jones tree care. He came by and took a look on a Wednesday, the following monday he came with a crew and got everything trimmed up perfectly for a very reasonable price and all within a few hours. Dr Chris is the best. I found him after shoulder surgery that left my neck and back out of alignment. He and his staff are caring and thorough. I feel 100% better and on the mend. I recommend him to everyone who needs help.

I was at the vet today with my dog, who was admittedly being very difficult and resistant. Despite that, Dr. Thomas and the entire staff were outstanding. They went beyond just being clinically professional — they were genuinely kind, patient, and understanding throughout the entire visit.
Even with our dog being scratchy and volatile, everyone remained calm, reassuring, and supportive. As an owner, that made a huge difference. I never felt judged or rushed; instead, I felt like they truly understood the situation and cared about both my dog’s well-being and my comfort as an owner.
Dr. Thomas took the time to talk through a thoughtful plan to help Winnie feel more comfortable in the office going forward, which I really appreciated. It was clear this wasn’t just about getting through the appointment, but about building a better experience for future visits.

Harding Animal Hospital is the best care for our cats we could ask for! Each doctor (we've seen Dr. Wall and Dr. Bonavita) listen attentively and address each and every concern we have with equal weight, don't rush the appointment, and make sure they've answered all of our questions.
When my cat was dealing with issues that weren't clear at first, Dr. Bonavita took time out of her day to call and check up on our cats, get any extra information, and answer our questions after our appointment was over. Harding even called us the next day to check in. Love this place!

Just moving to Nashville with older dogs who are definitely family it’s hard switching medical people but the vet clinic at Nippers Corners made us feel like family out of the gate. We are so happy to have found them and feel like we are all part of the same team. What could be better?
20 Stars!! My senior kitty saw Dr. K until his breathing became so bad, I had to make the hard choice to put him down. Dr. K cried with me as I said good bye. The entire practice helped me mourn the loss. There is no better vet in Nashville!!

My first WesVet experience with Dr. Wes was exceptional. We were greeted with warmth and kindness when we first arrived and then Whitney offered coffee, which was delicious.
I was early, but they had a room ready for me and my kitty Alley. Lindsey (Vet Tech) came in and asked all the right questions and you could see the love she had for animals was genuine.

Dr. Wes came in and performed a comprehensive evaluation from head to toe of Alley. He was friendly, kind and most knowledgeable. He has extensive experience with cats which is very important.
He took his time with Alley and she felt very comfy with him.
He was well versed regarding Alley’s past history (diabetic, remission 3 years and diabetic again) as their intake form offers them valuable information regarding your pets and their needs.
We discussed management of Alley’s condition and his recommendations, and we left happy and most satisfied with Dr. Wes and his entire staff.
The next day, I received an email (Clinical Summary) from Dr. Wes documenting our visit and everything that was discussed and how we would proceed in the future.
The office runs like a well oiled machine, and I’m thrilled to have found them! I look forward to a long and happy relationship with the WesVet Community!
Both of my cats have received excellent care from Berry Hill Animal Hospital for over a year. My favorite thing about this veterinary practice, and specifically Dr. McElyea, is how much they educate pet owners. When we got our second cat, they took the time to give us tips on introducing our cats and decreasing aggression. Most recently, Dr, McElyea took the time to brainstorm and share tips of how to help my cat with weight loss. She even calculated the calories per day my cat should be eating and came up with a target weight. I really appreciate the time and effort that the vets put into our cats care. I’d recommend them to anyone in the Nashville area!
I love this place. Their customer service is top notch. The staff is very kind and took great care of babies. You can tell they really love fur babies. The take the time to talk to you and explain everything.
Dr. Conner Smith and the staff were very friendly and did an excellent job of handling Rocco. Rocco is a anxious dog and gets scared easily. The staff took this in to great consideration and paid great attention to Rocco's warnings of having enough for the day. They made wise decisions in his care to not upset him and made his experience a wonderful one. I really want to thank you guys for the genuine loving care you provided for Rocco.
We love this vet. We always go into a room right away, are seen pretty much immediately. All the information about what is going to happen during the appointment is communicated clearly (along with prices of each service). We see Dr. Ladd and he is amazing with my pups. Recently adopted a second dog and it was a no brainer who I'd ask to evaluate her. Anytime I need medicine refills for flea and tick I can just drop in and get it. The front desk girls are always so friendly and the vet assistants are amazing!

Juanita, our groomer is very attentive to the “doodle” cut we desire. Our dog was not stressed with the process. This was our second appointment and we will be a “regular”.
We've just switched groomers and this was our first time at SouthPaws. They did a terrific job from scheduling, to working with us to understand and get a picture of what we wanted for Jesse - not an exact Bichon cut, to timely completion of the groom, and, most importantly, grooming him exactly as we asked for. The price was reasonable and we'll be coming back!
Ever since I started taking Bo to tidy dog i was always treated so well by kind people , the owners are so nice and they take care of my Bo so well. Everytime I headed to tidy dog my Bo knew where he was going and was very hyper and whining. He loves to by pampered. I highly recommend tidy dog. Thank you for your care and friendliness

they do a nice job, what really impressed me was that during one bath a hair probably got into one dog's eye and it was pretty irritated. one of the staff members told me about it at pickup and promised to take care of any vet bills (which weren't needed).

I've always been a practice at home kind of person but wanted to try hot yoga and was a little nervous about the heat. Emily and other instructors were very supportive and encouraged me to try to just stay in the room. I feel you can make the classes as challenging as you want or as chill as you want, honestly worth it just to sit in the heat for a while. The whole studio and people who attend are all good vibes all around, I have felt nothing but warm welcomes since joining. Thanks so much for existing! ❤️
We booked a private group class at sanctuary yoga for my bachelorette and Daphne was WONDERFUL. The studio was full of natural light and was very welcoming. My group had all levels of yoga students and Daphne made the hour long practice fitting for all of us. We all felt great and had the best time the rest of the weekend. We all wish we had a sanctuary yoga studio with a Daphne back in our hometowns. Namaste <3

So glad I found this place! Great place if you are looking for a support community during your pregnancy. Definitely recommend the pre-natal yoga, they also have many other classes you can choose from and they offer lots of different resources available for anything you might need, such as Infant CPR classes.
If you’re looking to advance your practice with compassionate, skilled instructors I highly recommend Chestnut Hill Yoga. I started with Iyengar 2 then finished with Iyengar 4 and truly appreciate the attention to detail during cuing and personalized instruction in the group setting. I rented this space for a professional workshop venue and it was perfect for my needs. Large space with hardwood floors, well lit with windows and mirrors. The administrative team was a great help throughout the process as I had a number of different adjustments to be made in the planning. Note that the only way to access the studio is via an outside staircase.
My favorite hot yoga studio! Really well priced and Great variety of classes and times and different instruction types. I personally love the heated flows for a good workout. I like that they have showers and locker rooms as well.
I love HYEN! The studio is welcoming & clean, and the teachers are great. The flows are fun and challenging and I always leave feeling better than when I came. So grateful to have found this space, it is by far my favourite in Nashville.

I have practiced Pilates for a decade, both mat and reformer. Well Body Pilates has been my studio for over a year now. Well Body’s studio space, equipment, props, app, and instructors are THE BEST in Sumner County. Well Body Pilates is a boutique Pilates studio meaning, for instance, a much smaller student to instructor ratio. Well Body’s instructors are certified and experienced. Well Body’s instructors are paying attention to us, their students, correcting our form as needed, offering modifications as needed. Coming from other Pilates studios to Well Body was such a step up. Highly recommend Well Body Pilates!

I’ve gotten massages from a dozen different places in Nashville and this is by far the best. I have chronic pain and back problems, and Lindsey is the first provider I’ve found in twelve years who is able to do bodywork that provides lasting relief from pain and inflammation. Pretty much every massage feels good in the moment, but these sessions have actually provided lasting relief that holds me over between sessions. My energy, inflammation, and pain levels are improved. If you’re not just looking for a massage but are looking for a real therapeutic bodywork experience, this is the place for you. Cannot say enough about how gifted Lindsey is. I’ve recommended her to all my friends and I recommend her to you, too!

Rebecca is a skilled practitioner and a fabulous person. She really takes the time to ask caring and thoughtful questions, and addresses her patients from a holistic perspective focused on healing. She taught me some great leg strengthening exercises with a pilates ring, and how to use the cube to get into those tight, hard-to-reach places. She provided a safe space to express emotion, which I believe has contributed greatly to being able to accept chronic pain and learning to live with it as a guest instead of an enemy. Most of all, she believed me and my pain before I got an EDS diagnosis and never insinuated that I was overreacting or anxiety-ridden. She actually was the first to bring up EDS as a possibility. I am very grateful to have found her services and expertise - a gem of a person in Nashville!!
my first ever acupuncture experience was out of this world good! I went in with an open mind (not always easy for me) but it was an absolutely wonderful experience. Going again this Thursday. But I had two naps, and each one was like falling into a black void but in the best way I can imagine. And walking out of the place to the car was WAY easier than walking in. Placebo or not I’m a proponent. Looking forward to my next treatment later this week.
Dr. Renee and Ms. Karen are great. I had sessions with both, and Ms. Karen is the one continuing my treatment. She is wonderful, knowledgeable, knows exactly what you need and focuses on getting you the best treatment. If you have fertility issues or miscarriages, I highly recommend getting treatment with them.

I am not the sort of person that has a massage budget. Consequently, I'm also not the sort of person that has a favored masseuse. Pregnancy has changed that. Creating another human left me with daily unbearable back pain, and I was desperate for relief. I went to Kayleigh at the Lilac Healing Center, and she really did an amazing job. Kayleigh has all the equipment for prenatal massage. She had an array of differently shaped foam blocks that she used to position me comfortably, even when I was just lying on my side. She started me on my left, then flipped me to my right, then ended with me on my back, with two large triangular foam blocks behind my back and under my legs, so that I was in very comfortable V position. Then she put a warm compress beneath my neck and a cool mask over my eyes. I felt so pampered! This wasn't my first prenatal massage, but it was my first time with a masseuse that knew what to do with a pregnant woman. If you try to schedule online, the calendar will tell you that no one has any availability for at least a month. Instead, call and leave a message mentioning that you need a prenatal massage (or a regular massage from anyone). When they return your call, they'll give you Kayleigh's personal number and you can contact her directly. She was able to get me in within the week!

I was in search of a Practitioner who provided electro-acupuncture due to ongoing nerve pain I am experiencing. I stumbled upon Kenneth via Yelp (of course!) and sent him a text to inquire into his services. He was responsive and caring in our initial exchange, really wanting to fully understand what is bringing me his way. We scheduled an appointment and again we discussed my issues and treatment options. The session was great and provided immediate relief. Kenneth was gentle, constantly informing me of the next move and provided care during the session. Post session we discussed further treatment. Kenneth did not ask to book again immediately, but told me to get back with him after a day or two. This was refreshing and not a pushy approach. Also, it shows that he doesn't want to treat more than he has to for my condition. Overall, very pleasant experience. Very happy to have found Kenneth!
