From start to finish everyone involved was top notch. We had carpet, luxury vinyl installed (stairway, hallway and bathroom)and hardwood refinished. Removed bothersome floor squeaks and repaired wood floor where needed. Replaced entire room of carpet once defect was noted. Paul, Debbie, Eric, Ricky and Carl weren’t happy until I was Would recommend!

Would highly recommend McCalls Carpet for flooring. Worked with Eric Yeatts for decision options. Love the look of the floor he recommended. He was responsive to all my questions. The materials arrived in a timely manner and received a call to schedule the job in a reasonable amount of time. The installation team arrived on time and were very pleasant answering all our questions. The job was finished ahead of time. The clean up was excellent. What a great experience and a fair price.

I have just had River Falls herringbone vinyl plank installed in my kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, and hall! It was a tedious job that required skill, expertise, and patience to navigate the herringbone, the many corners, broom closet, and cupboard. Eric, my flooring technician, did an incredible job! I do not think anyone could have navigated this job better than Eric! Thank you McCall's, Eric, and Mike, my salesman! I will come to you for my next flooring job!
