Cindy gave me a wonderful massage last evening. I occasionally have a total massage but most times Cindy concentrates on areas I ask her to target. She will do “energy work” on the muscles in my lower back that I pull this time of year working in my flowerbeds. She does deep tissue on my back, shoulders and neck where I hold my stress. She also works on my sinuses. She will work on other areas as well. Each massage is different and unique. I leave calm and relaxed. Thanks Cindy!! ?

It was nice meeting brothers Marcus and John at Barbercode Barbershop tonight (10/30/2025). I think this is probably the most detailed haircut I've received in my 40+ years and definitely the most detailed beard treatment I've ever had. I don't trust most barbers with my beard and especially my mustache. Marcus shaped both perfectly. Then a lengthy shampoo and then a conditioner, with a nice warm/hot towel applied over my face during that (nose/mouth not covered, easy to breathe, for those who might have concerns). Never had that done before by any barber/hair salon. It felt so nice and relaxing. After that I was saying how nice it was to meet them and about to pay, and they told me I wasn't done yet! Back in the chair for even more detailed last touches to my hair and beard with a straight razor! I was very impressed. Marcus pays great attention to detail and symmetry. Also, Marcus and John are just really nice dudes who are easy and fun to talk to. I'll definitely be returning the next time I need a cut/shave. I signed up for 2 months to get some color for my son's wedding. Jess gave me a tour of the facility and explained all of my options. She was really upbeat and very patient answering all of my questions. I had not been in a tanning bed in 20 years. All of my visits were positive, everyone was super nice and helpful. I would definitely return for another special event. I was very happy with the color I achieved.
I just moved into the area in June and wanted to find a place to get a pedicure close to where I live and I found nail cessity today was my second time there I had Lily does my pedicure she's a sweet girl and it is a wonderful place peaceful and friendly and great prices . when I tell you that these amazing ladies saved my bridal shower and probably my summer I’m not even exaggerating. I walked in there looking like the caveman from the GEICO commercials with my bridal shower less than 48 hours away after making an appointment with only a day notice, I was stressed out and nervous to be trying a new salon, and honestly have rarely come away from a hair appointment being happy with it. But this was so wonderfully different. I can’t express how patient, talented, and kind the team was. They genuinely listened to what I wanted, didn’t judge me for my insane hair and its trials and tribulations, and took the time and care to actually give me the results that I was looking for. I am so incredibly happy with these gel tips done by Lili. I have gone to Lili since I was a child, and I was soooo nervous to try something other than acrylics. Lili assured me these would be best for the length I like, and she was so right. They feel like MY nails! They're also more flexible and comfortable than acrylics, and they are less brittle. There's none of that excess glue that sticks to your skin after getting acrylics done, either.
I HIGHLY recommend Lili, especially if you like long nails and fine line designs. I don't trust anyone else to do my nails! Thanks, Lili :)

While on a visit to Lancaster, I decided to stop by to get my eyebrows cleaned up. My daughter had booked an appointment with Riley previous to my visit, so I checked for availability for an appointment for me. Luckily, there was one available after hers. Perfect!We had a 4:30 appointment time on a Wednesday. The spa is located in a strip mall. There is ample parking directly in front of the spa; no problems finding a stall. When you walk into the spa, the atmosphere is cute and fun. Pictures of legendary icons: Marilyn Monroe, Brigette Bardot, and Audrey Hepburn with big gum bubbles adorn the walls. A neon sign stating, “You’re like really pretty” above the checkout desk certainly brought a small to my face. Riley, our aesthetician checked us in and brought us over to her station. It is a heavenly reclined chair(?) with a fuzzy cover was DIVINE to lay on. I’m not kidding. I repeatedly said that I want one for my house. Once in place, Riley asked about my eyebrow goals. She worked diligently and was a joy to speak with. Not gonna lie, I felt no pain or discomfort while she cleaned up my brows. She is very good. Once finished, I was given a mirror to check out her work. It looked like my eyes got a mini lift! I am very happy with her work. Riley also did a great job with my daughter’s brows, too!Would I definitely come back? Absolutely! Do I recommend? Resounding yes! I wish I could have tried out the other services, but my visit to Lancaster was short and already packed with other activities. Thank you, Riley for a wonderful brow waxing!

I have used Gochnauer for my heating and cooling for a # of years and I have consistently found them to be very professional and trustworthy. This weekend I had the need for emergency service as the furnace failed overnight and the inside temp was 59 degrees. Mark called me from the emergency service line within 20 minutes of my call. Additionally, he walked me through a few steps over the phone that enabled me to successfully reset the system avoiding the delay and cost of an emergency service call. Inside temp now going back up! We just had our above ground outdoor heating oil tank replaced at Schwanger's recommendation due to corrosion both outside and inside. They made the entire process completely painless. Jim (the gentleman from Schwanger, not me) was knowledgable and put up with 100 questions from me along the way. All in from the moment the problem was identified to the tank being replaced was two weeks, with at least half of that being because I was out of town.

After a quick search on Reddit, I found Stephen Daniel’s and this company did not disappoint.
They arrived within thirty minutes of me calling, spoke directly with the PP&L crew on our behalf, and had additional technicians onsite within the hour. The team completely replaced our meter box and electric panel the same day. If we hadn’t called them, our power would have been shut off!
Everyone was professional, friendly, and kept us updated throughout the entire process. I would absolutely use their services again!
Matt Frankenfield and Servi Alfonso did amazing work. They cleaned up after themselves and were super kind and respectful. Will definitely be using Mr. Sparky from now on anytime I run into an issue and once I’m ready to tackle the larger jobs like rewiring the whole place.
I called Torres Electric after another electrician quoted me 4k to replace a heater that was “beyond repair”. The electrician who came by and diagnosed the issue to find a relatively simple fix which he handled within 2 hours for a fraction of the price. The heater works perfectly now and I’m very happy with the service. I know who to call for electrical work in the future

I just had lights installed on my high ceilings. The electricians arrived on time. They even removed their shoes and reviewed the job scope thoroughly. They gave me an estimated completion time and began right away. They worked diligently throughout the day and entertained my numerous questions.On a scale of 1-10, I give them an 11. These guys were outstanding. I would personally hire these guys for my organization. They are all professional, fun, honest, and take their job seriously while still engaging.They covered my floors, walls, and stairs. There was no dust, and no touch-up paint was needed. They finished ahead of time and provided me a thorough review of the lights and how to make them "SMART."I would definitely rehire them. I did some estimates, and they were substantially lower than other companies.
I had an excellent experience with the services provided by Cherry LLC. Randall did an outstanding job organizing and labeling my main breaker box. After several remodels, the wiring was pretty chaotic, but he patiently sorted everything out. He also discovered a loose neutral wire that was causing issues with one of our outlets and took care of it without needing to cut into the drywall. I truly appreciate the effort and professionalism. I would definitely recommend this company and especially Randall for any electrical needs.
We had some electrical trouble in the basement of the home we just inherited. The fuse box was the original from when the house was built in 52. The electrician who came out was very knowledgeable and said he would take a look for the part at the shop and 10 minutes later he called saying he actually found one ( the part we had stopped being made decades ago) and came right back to install it. All in all we are very happy with them and will definitely work with them again in our long journey of home improvements
I had a washer and dryer installed. Everything went really well. They called and arrived earlier than assigned time. They were efficient and all looks good.

I woke up on a Sunday morning to a freezer that was not freezing stuff!! I was so upset - called 5 places - 1 answer - not available! A little time passed - I took important stuff to a neighbor. Then Frank called - he said he’d be here by 3 pm. He was!! He was able to fix the problem - very acceptable price for a 3 hour job!!! I highly recommend him!!

So I'm not sure if I should be giving our cleaning company a review but if so and if this helps anyone that is considering using us I would highly recommend. I thought I knew all about cleaning and I thought from my last job we had the best cleaning chemicals till I started this job. Clean works use the best cleaning chemicals out there. I don't even have to wear a mask when using the chemicals cause there not potent. We take pride in our work. I can't speak for everyone's work as I am new and just getting around to some accounts but for the ones I have seen do cleaning they are Good. Also, The staff here is amazing and so are the cleaners. So with that being said I hope that helped and I hope you consider using our services. We would love to care for your cleaning needs.

I had about 10 windows to cleans including the storm windows. They washed the windows inside and outside, plus 2 doors that had windows. They were handed washed. The screens were dusted. They weren't washed down. They were reasonably priced for the number of windows. I can now look out a clean and clear window.

My husband and I have had two, bare bones, open storage rooms, downstairs in our bi-level home. Our washer/dryer was in a most awkward hallway position due to the previous owners--and we weren't quite sure how to make that space work more efficiently (and aesthetically) for us.
Tom came out and took measurements, talked us through the whole process of moving our laundry units, updating the plumbing & electrical, and framing out a new (large) reach-in closet. He even brought up aspects of the project that I had not thought of, which was incredibly helpful. Their quote came back at just the right price point. Their crew arrived exactly when they said they would—and they did a fantastic (professional) job of hearing me out about placements and details. They treated our home with respect and crafted that old, drab space into exactly what I had envisioned. I’m especially grateful that their electrician added more lights than I had thought we needed because it has proved to brighten up the space with beautiful clarity.
All in all, we are beyond grateful for our new and improved laundry room/closet area. We have added useful and beautiful square footage to our home. I would recommend Home One to anyone who is considering a renovation, and I will gladly reach out to them in the future when we are ready to tackle our (dream) bathroom renovation as well.
In the spring, Mason lead the project to replace my mom's well pressure tank. He/they arrived on time, did a great job and left the site better than they found it. They were knowledgeable and courteous. We haven't had any problems since the work was completed. I'd recommend Custom 10/10.

We hired Russell from RFO Contracting for a project as part of our house remodeling business. The quality of work was good, and everything was completed within the agreed timeframe.
Initially, we had an issue obtaining a W9 form from Russell for our tax filings. After multiple attempts to contact him, we were frustrated by the lack of response. However, he has now provided the W9, which we appreciate.
While there was a delay in communication, we recognize the quality of his work and his ability to complete projects on time. We hope that future interactions will be smoother in terms of responsiveness and professionalism.
The Duffs came to my house at the worst time in my life after a devastating fire. They had to rebuild my entire house from the foundation up and exceeded all of our expectations. The Duff family went above and beyond to get us back in our house in record time even with all the material shortages and long deliveries for windows and doors. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again.
Twin Mar did an excellent job finishing our basement. We wanted to add an exterior entrance and they got us exactly what we wanted. The attention to detail and communication through out the project was spot on. We will definitely be using Twin Mar for future projects.

This family-owned, small firm, in Lancaster has gone above and beyond with their customer service for our home. They have provided service to us twice over the years. Recently, we needed our circuit breaker box replaced, which required power outages. Despite finding additional problems, which wasn’t Yeager’s fault, they went above and beyond to provide customer service, and they even worked it out to keep our extra charges to a minimum. Upon identifying the additional unforeseen problem, they summoned their whole team to help, so our power outage wouldn’t last more than a few hours! They even kept us cool on a heat wave day by providing us temporary power during our outages. Equally, it was refreshing to be treated with respect, as they were very courteous throughout the whole process, which is not common these days. I highly recommend Yeager Electric for your electrician needs!

What I thought was gonna cost me $1000 didn’t even come close to it. I went to the store and bought the products that was suggested and met Rick the store manager. He was beyond helpful and kind. I have used this company for the past 4 years. I've gotten regular lawn service and my lawn has always looked pristine. I have also used them to help with eliminating yellow jackets and they have done a great job with that as well. This year I stopped my treatments in July due to droughts. However, in October I noticed a grub issue emerged. I called them for treatment and was told that they would arrive on a Monday. However, to my surprise, a tech showed up that Saturday to do the treatment. And looking at the weather I realize that it was supposed to rain on Monday and because the treatment needs water to work they showed up 2 days earlier to get the treatment down. So very impressed with this company and will continue to use them in the future.
Mike Long, the owner of Jim Long Landshapers was awesome to work with, as were all of his employees. Despite the challenges of dealing with zoning and stormwater management in the City of Lancaster, Mike stayed positive and got the job done. I was impressed that as the boss and owner of the company, he was a part of all of the construction process. With only a three foot walkway to get to our backyard, he and his employees brought in many tons of stone, brick, block, and topsoil by wheelbarrow to make our backyard dream come true. I had Chris Huber work for me on two different projects. The first was for a retaining wall, concrete sidewalk, and deck at my parents house. He also dug up the old driveway and graded it for the new pavement. The second project was to remove a concrete patio in my back yard and tear out a sidewalk/curb in front of my house. He helped me form up and pour the new sidewalk. Chris is a journeyman carpenter and provides good insight to home building projects as well as excavating. He was easy to get along with and my family is happy with how both projects turned out. I look forward to using him again.

I just moved to Lancaster and Lancaster Smiles were super welcoming . I wanted to get my teeth cleaned on a certain day and they told me they did not have availability but will call me if anything changed . Lisa kept her word and called me immediately when there was an opening. So thankful ! The location is welcoming atmosphere and clean . They offer coffee and water while you wait . Even have dairy free creamer which I thought was nice . Danaca did my cleaning . She is super friendly and funny . She made my cleaning a 5 star experience. Every time I leave this place is feel like a millionaire. I didn't know different section of the spine affects different part of your body and organs. After the X-Ray the Doctor explained and gave my chart which correspond to what i am feeling.

I had pretty bad sciatica that shot down my leg. Bothered me for a year. I couldn't golf and I had to sleep with a pillow between my legs in order fall asleep without pain. I went to different chiropractors in the area. They provided relief but never corrected the root issue. Dr. Scatko found the root cause in my first visit. It only took him 4 appointments to correct it and now I am 100% pain free. Couldn't speak more highly of him and his ability to diagnose and rid my sciatica!
I’ve been going here almost 1 year. The staff is very friendly, the office is inviting and Dr. Risser has been great with getting my body aligned again. I like that she uses gentle adjustments to help me and not all the pushing and cracking. Definitely recommend!

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Guarino for 25 -30 years! (Our patient numbers are 2 and 6!) he has helped my husband, not only with his back and shoulders, but with his knees and ankles and much more. So very true that he does not just treat a specific thing but the whole person. He is very knowledgeable and recommends exercises to maintain your adjustment. He will show you how to walk! He has modern equipment to help you relax and some exercise machines for specific reasons. His wife, Laura, is the office manager-we love her! Can’t recommend highly enough. You will not be sorry if you go to Guarino.

I highly recommend Dr Reis and his staff. I was currently a patient the time of a severe Impingement of a nerve root. The constant pain of my leg wasn’t a 10 but more like a 15 the took me to the ER twice and during this I could hardly walk. I remember seeing a pamphlet in the waiting room on laser therapy for pain. I was willing to try anything to help and so I tried it and I am painfree of all the nerve pain. I also continued with chiropractic. I highly recommend Dr Reis

There is not enough good things to say about this entire office. Dr Brod Diagnosed my 6 year old daughter with a rare tumor on her retina. As scary as that sounds he helped walk us through the whole meaning/outcome ...everything he could to help ease us. anytime we had questions, his office staff would help us find answers so quickly. His nurse is so wonderful she puts our daughter at ease every time, and Dr. Brod is her hero, my daughter wants to be an eye Dr. like him she says because he helped her see again :) I would recommend this office to anyone! Not only do they have extremely amazing bed side manner, but they kept us updated during the surgery and after. He is a very great knowledgeable surgeon.

I take both my dog and cat to Manheim Pike Veterinary clinic and their metro pet vet location. The vets and staff are fantastic. I have had my dog neutered with them and I take my animals in for yearly checks ups and vaccines. Myself and my animals have only ever had positive experiences with them and I highly recommend them!

I am the owner of a behavioral Dog training company in Lancaster county, And one of my clients who has a highly reactive dog… Human reactive and dog reactive… Was kind enough to reach out to me this past weekend and share with Me her wonderful experience with Dr.Le and his nurse in handling, examining, and diagnosing their highly reactive dog. My client sent me pictures of her dog in the office on muzzle looking calm and comfortable… Here is what she texted to me, “Dr. Le was able to do a thorough exam on him. His nurse was very calm and patient with him. She was by his side the whole time and he even laid down for his Xray. And when I told them that (our dog) can be reactive with strangers, they told me to call when I got there and they would bring us in the side/back way. He did great entering the quiet hallway instead of a lobby. I would definitely recommend them for reactive dogs! ❤️”. Owning a reactive dog is such a struggle, emotionally and physically, so getting this kind of review from one of my clients Just warms my heart to no end! I have lived in Lancaster most of my life and have always had a lot of animals. I've been to 8 other vets in Lancaster over the years and none of them come close to the care and service I receive here from Dr. Shah and his staff.
I am happy with today's visit, but she is still having problems. I wish they would have opened on their daily schedule at least 2 appointments for more urgent appointments. Great staff. I misunderstood we were not seeing a Dr.

I have spent several years hopping around different vets in the lancaster area and I am SO happy I have finally found a place I love and will be staying with for pet care! I cannot recommend this place enough. The staff is absolutely amazing - I had to come in many times over several weeks for my cats wound care and Dr. Purvis was wonderful. I didn’t feel pressured over things and she always was helpful and walked through what was going on with my cat’s care and improvement. I also had to bring in my kids several times and they have a play area and were extremely accommodating. I brought my 5 month old in each time and the ladies were always so helpful with getting me to my vehicle or being a helping hand. I took one of my fosters there as they were recommended by another foster. they did not disappoint! Karlee looks great! I truly appreciate that they even remembered that when I set up her appt I asked that they not clean her ears due to her medical concerns with them and I didnt need to remind them when I dropped her off. I set up her appointment almost a week before. fantastic customer service!

Lynnlee does an outstanding job, with my chocolate lab, Roxy! Roxy is terrified of the hairdryer, so it can't be used on her. Lynnlee makes sure she is dry when I pick her up, just by towel drying her. I have taken her other places, and she always ended up with an ear infection, because they never took the time to dry her right! I highly recommend The Dog Den!
Evolution has given me exactly what I need to feel like myself, again. After having kids, I fell out of my yoga practice, but evolution has guided me back. The teachers are incredibly supportive and helpful, not judgmental. They guide you each step of the way. I highly recommend going for one class to see if it is a fit for you.

This week I had my first experience with Pilates and I can’t wait for the next class! A diagnosis of osteoporosis has caused me to make major lifestyle and fitness changes. Liz, the instructor, was not only knowledgeable, she was also attentive to everyone’s form and offered appropriate support and modification recommendations seamlessly, without any disruption to the class flow. As a prior fitness professional myself - I was extremely impressed and so glad I chose Club Pilates (Lancaster) for this new chapter of health and well-being.

I’ve been seeing Keith consistently, every two weeks for years. I cannot rave about him enough. My experience each time is wonderful. He genuinely cares about what he does and it shows in his craft. He is so skilled at what he does. Regular massages have kept me out of shoulder surgery, enhanced my recovery from strength training and helped my overall wellbeing. Keith is honestly THE BEST.
Recommended through my VA to help with my health issues. I have not been to any massage therapy in a long time. Julie has been very helpful in explaining what works and making me feel relaxed while there. She explains everything in detail. She sets the mood with calming music and essential oils of your choosing. I can't give her enough credit for all she has done to help me so far and will continue in the future. I highly recommend her for all your ailments or even your stress from your daily work environment. I believe everyone should at least come monthly maintenance for your body so you can relax. Surely there had to be somewhere that I could realize some relief from the constant chronic pain throughout my upper back. At age 79 I had about given up but by some miracle I was referred to Serenity Massage and the incredibly gifted touch of Kimberly Griffith. I have no idea how she is able to separate her gift of pain relief from the numerous other places I have visited but I am not going to question it After my first massage I attended a social event that same night and was amazed how much more enjoyable life could be without pain. I was seen by Lorilei for the first time recently for a massage. She took a great deal of time with me and was professional yet very acommodating. It will take time for my body to respond but I know it will prove to be beneficial in time.
Eve is a miracle worker. I prefer a massage that I can tell is effective not just a light massage for relaxation. Most notably, I was dealing with achilles tendinitis pain for 6 months that was majorly restricting my lifestyle. Eve started muscle scraping for me and I'm feeling 100% better. This is after unsuccessful attempts by my chiro and podiatrist.I continue to see her frequently to work on other minor issues I encounter.HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you're looking for a LMT who listens to your concerns and really works to improve your condition.
Cindy gave me a wonderful massage last evening. I occasionally have a total massage but most times Cindy concentrates on areas I ask her to target. She will do “energy work” on the muscles in my lower back that I pull this time of year working in my flowerbeds. She does deep tissue on my back, shoulders and neck where I hold my stress. She also works on my sinuses. She will work on other areas as well. Each massage is different and unique. I leave calm and relaxed. Thanks Cindy!! ?

Melissa is a consummate professional. She helped me with my knee surgery 5 years ago and really worked with me to achieve full range of motion. Recently, I started having shoulder pain. After going to PT with a local venue I was continuing to have pain so I decided I needed to find Melissa. She figured out what I needed to work on and totally made me feel confident in using my shoulder again. She knows her craft and can really zero in on what needs to happen.
