For our ADU permit in Lancaster, the city needed a map of an unrecorded sewer easement line. Anthony & Sons Plumbing sent Jeff and the crew out on time, and they carefully scoped the sewer line, marked the route, and noted the depth. They also helped confirm that the sewer pipe was not on our property, which was very useful for the application process. The team was polite, professional, and easy to work with. I called about repairing older leaking plumbing fixtures in our tub and shower, along with a pedestal sink. Gerald called before arriving, showed up on time, and was professional from the moment he came into our home in Lancaster. I hardly know where to start. My wedding ring was accidentally flushed down the toilet, and I was completely upset. After getting nowhere with other plumbers, I finally called for help and was still worried when the ring was not found right away. The search continued, and I was beginning to lose hope.
