Dr. Shaym was very articulate and knowledgeable and explained what I needed to know in great detail. He listened to each of my questions and concerns and answered them with great care. Overall, a very nice experience, with little waiting!!
Everyone was so wonderful this morning. I’m sorry to say I did not get the name of the lady at the front desk, but when I left, she was more than accommodating with my appointment for next year. I made a special request which she was going to see if she could accommodate Even after I went with an appointment that didn’t totally shoot my schedule for next year. I really appreciate my doctor seeing me when he does and his nurse or nurse assistant. I’m not sure of her actual title, but she was great.
