I'm a DYIer but I had a plumbing issue I couldn't sort out myself -- a smell in the bathroom, from a bad vent. Barry came out, diagnosed the issue, and advised me how to fix it myself. He took a half hour, was extremely friendly and informative, and didn't charge me a thing! I couldn't be more pleased. If I have another plumbing job, I'm certainly going to call Barry!

We are so grateful that Custom Plumbing and Heating was able to help us again. Our boiler went and we were without heat for a bit this fall. Barry gave us a quote, took the time to explain what they were going to do, and why they were installing the exact boiler they were. They were courteous of the fact that we were without heat. On the day of installation, they were here promptly at 8 AM and everyone who worked on our boiler was extremely courteous and professional. Our home is warm again and we could not be more grateful! Thank you Custom Plumbing and Heating for being the best in the area. Cannot recommend them enough!

Had a leak in a plastic vanity drain pipe from a faucet kit install a year ago. Ours is a pretty tight installation in a corner sink so probably needed stronger materials than plastic, and it started leaking. Called the office and they dispatched a helpful, informative, polite plumber immediately. In 15 minutes he was here fixing the leak by replacing the plastic parts with brass. No more leaks. Best of all, they stood by their work and did not charge me at all for making the installation right.
