I saw PT Melissa Swope while I was training for my first marathon. I was experiencing hip pain during my longer runs. She was able to help me with my running form by giving me attainable feedback and recommendations based on multi angle, slow motion video review. She manually stretched me and provided me with at home stretches/exercises. My pain improved almost immediately. Melissa is a consummate professional. She helped me with my knee surgery 5 years ago and really worked with me to achieve full range of motion. Recently, I started having shoulder pain.
