Indoor City did the original carpet in 1995 when my house was built, just had my first room replaced on 12/19/23, the service is just as good today as it was 28 years ago. The salesperson was cooperative and knowledgeable, the install team was a true team effort were careful when they moved furniture, removed existing carpet, replaced carpet and cleaned up. I am glad I trusted Indoor City rather than shopping around.

Contracted with Indoor City through Costco in 2020 to have LVFlooring installed. Great job! Now in 2023, one of the seams in floor board popped up, called for service and had a technician fix the problem in 30 minutes, awesome customer service! Thank You!

Indoor City helped with the countertop to my basement bar. From the salesman, Don Parsons, to the installation team, everyone was great to work with. We are so happy with the final product and it looks fantastic!!
