5* would recommend to friends and family. Zach was on time and fixed our issue. I can sleep better at night now not concerned I won't have heat when I wake up.

I have used Gochnauer for my heating and cooling for a # of years and I have consistently found them to be very professional and trustworthy. This weekend I had the need for emergency service as the furnace failed overnight and the inside temp was 59 degrees. Mark called me from the emergency service line within 20 minutes of my call. Additionally, he walked me through a few steps over the phone that enabled me to successfully reset the system avoiding the delay and cost of an emergency service call. Inside temp now going back up! Thank you.
