L and E Massage Therapy Center provides a fantastic massage experience. The massage therapist is highly skilled, professional, and attentive. Clients leave feeling relaxed, lighter, and taken care of. Many have seen significant improvement in their muscle tension, nerve spine pain, and scapula tightness. The therapist is knowledgeable and approachable, and always seems to know what the body needs. Clients highly recommend the services for any issues they may be dealing with. The center is a great place to go for massage therapy, with kind and caring service. Clients are always satisfied and leave feeling much better than when they arrived.

I've had a few massages from Lily before, but this was the first prenatal experience I had as I am 17 weeks pregnant! I had been feeling a lot of pain in my lower back and hip tightness and decided to schedule. Not only was Lily able to relieve the pain but she had pillows perfectly set up so I could be as comfortable as I possibly can right now! I could have fallen asleep in the bed but was able to pick Lily's brain about her extensive knowledge of health and wellness. I always feel better after a visit :)
