UGI technician serviced our A/C system on June 19, 2026. He was knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. We have service contract for our HVAC for a few years and are very satisfied with their service.
Starting with Mike Moyer the comfort Tech who reviewed my current HVAC and created quotes for replacement I felt very comfortable and assured in using UGI. Then Ray and Jahziel the install team underscored my decision. They worked diligently all day to install test and review with me the scope of my project answering all questions I posed. With the exception of the new equipment the basement looked as clean and undisturbed as if no work occurred. I wondered how they were going to remove the old furnace and they admitted that bringing it up the stairs would have been a chore due to unit's size.
