I went to the Lititz clinic. You feel welcome the second you walk through the door, everyone is very friendly. MacKenzi and Morgan are amazing! They are very knowledgeable, skillful, and friendly, and always made sure I was comfortable and not experiencing any discomfort or pain. They both made it obvious that they enjoy their jobs, and put my success and progress healing my shoulder pain first. This was a great experience, and I would come back without hesitation if I ever needed physical therapy again.
Hartz is a great organization! I was seen at the Lititz location. The facility and equipment is easily accessible. The staff, front desk to the therapists are so welcoming and helpful. My main therapist was Hayden. He’s very professional and knowledgeable and very kind. It was a great experience. Thank you for all you do.
