Our experience with Paul Stermer and Robert was just fine. UGI installed our fireplace insert. Paul diagnosed the issues and within weeks replaced faulty parts and had it operational again. We'd be hard pressed to find any issues with the process from start to finish.

My wife and I met with Jeff at the shop and we asked him about 2 options with our current gas fireplace that was constantly turning on and off sporadically, which was frustrating. The first option was potentially purchasing and installing a new fireplace for several thousand dollars. The 2nd option was sending a repairman in April for a service call of about $250. Jeff's 3rd option to us was some free advice to check and replace the single pole switch. For $1.99 our problem is solved! Many thanks to Jeff for his integrity and solution, putting our needs ahead of his own! Kudos to Stermer Bros!!

We bought a gas grill and are having a gas line installed. Jeff, the man who helped us was very helpful. His price for gas line installation was $1000.00 less than the quote we got from another company who obviously didn't want the job....as a follow-up, three weeks later the installers came and installed the gas line and grill..they were amazing.great job! They said that it would be challenging but they loved a challenge. Great customer service. I highly recommend Stermer Brothers.
