I am fortunate to have had chiropractic care under Dr. Guarino for all of my life. His expertise and care for his patients is top tier. Much like most things in life, the human body needs regular care and maintenance to keep your nervous and skeletal system functioning properly and effectively. Dr. Guarino understands this and gives his all to help his patients.

Went to Dr. Guarino right after a sciatica flare up and in three visits he had me feeling better than I have in years! Two pregnancies and a number of useless chiropractor appts in NY later, I didn’t think I would find someone who would actually help me. So glad I did! Highly recommend!

I first went to Dr. G almost 20 years ago. I was hurt on the job, that caused a vertebrae to go out of alignment. I could not walk, turn,..anything. Dr. G told me that my injury was very bad, and although he could not guarantee that i would be 100% again, that if i followed his instructions, that he could get me back to at least 95%. He was honest enough to tell me that it would feel A LOT worse, before it felt ANY better, and that I would question if "this guy knew what he was doing" (his words).
