So far so good, never took classes like these before so I’m a newbie. Trying to figure out how to implement this style of exercise into my current training.. I took the 14 day trial and went almost everyday, very helpful way to see what it’s all about without breaking the bank. ?instructors are great and place is clean.

I had to cancel due to weather and Kim took the time text me and allowed me and my friends to reschedule smoothly.Every class is excellent and the instructors are all kind and professional.

It’s a great place for all people who are in different walks of life. Beginner to advanced. I love how everyone is treated like family! It’s also a great workout physically as well as emotionally
