We are so grateful we moved our daughter to this studio. We have watched her confidence soar since being a student at DE not only as a dancer but in all areas of her life including school. She is challenged to reach her potential as a dancer while feeling cared for by the exceptional staff and choreographers that work here. The directors consistently bring in excellent ballet instructors and offer their dancers amazing experiences through trainings and master classes. Our daughter joined the competition team last year. Our experience was made so wonderful because of the organization and consistent communication from the directors-we knew where to go, what was to be expected, timing, schedule etc. We couldn’t ask for better role models for our daughter-the older dancers are kind, hard working, smart and encouraging. The staff at DE have created an environment that is a great place for these young dancers to grow. They gain top notch exceptional dance educations as well as tools that will help them in any path they choose in life. So grateful our daughter is here!

I followed Lydia from her old place of business, she's that good. I used to just get the waxing there, but I decided to try a facial at her new place, now years later, I spoil myself with both throughout the year and wouldn't go anywhere else! On top of the first-class service, the environment is always clean, warm and inviting you to relax. She's always going to seminars so that she always has the latest techniques. She also tailers treatments to your person if the packages she offers is missing something you might like/need. Have referred my daughter and others, who now also go to her. I lost count of the years I've been using her services. 15 years at least.

She’s done 2 upart wig installs for me (she washes and revamps my wigs, added in clips for me, washes and blowouts my natural hair beautifully and styles my hair and the wig) and 1 ponytail service. After covid I had hard time finding a good hair dresser, from bad cuts to dye still stuck to my scalp and having to wash it out when I got home after paying hundreds of dollars....I was referred to ashley elizabeth salon by a few friends. I see natasha and she always does a great job! And no dye is ever stuck to my scalp afterwards! Reasonable prices, great environment and very professional 🙂

A cool place and EXCELLENT hair styling! I've been going to see Sara for more than a decade, she can tame my not-quite-straight-not-quite-wavy hair like none other! Also, now that I'm a bit older, Sara has been helping cover my grey/white strands with super-natural color (which is hard because I'm naturally a strawberry blonde). This place is excellent, and conveniently located right in the middle of Salem.
Update: I’ve been seeing Sara for over a decade and it’s still a wonderful, calm, welcoming place for everyone to get excellent haircare.

A friend and I had a great experience here on a Saturday afternoon. I called a few days earlier to book appointments for classic manicures/ pedicures ($70 per person, cash or check only) and they took us promptly at our appointment time. They had a nice selection of OPI colors including the new releases. They were meticulous in their nail care and the salon was clean. Both our mani/pedis turned out great! There was one other person there but it’s a small, peaceful spot to get some self-care in. Highly recommend!

He's extremely professional, friendly, has a great sense of humor, and has top notch skills. He only charges $18 for a cut (as of 5/30/2024), and it's worth every penny. I went here to get a wash, cut and blow dry for me and my daughter. The hair stylist there are so amazing. They are so nice, funny and overall I feel like I'm in home. The professionalism and environment is perfect. I love my haircut and my daughter (first time) she love her hair and the hair stylist is so nice, patient and great. $30 for a mens hair cut from Vincenzo and per my request does an excellent all-scissors cut so theres no frizziness from a buzzer. Comes out great every time and ive been going here for years. I don't want to date myself but I've known Alex for over 30 years and not only is he a Master at his craft, he is the most genuine sincere person I have ever had the pleasure to know. When I started going to his salon I was just a youngster and In the era of tanning booths and spending a quarter to 1/3 of my paycheck on my hair between the perms, frostings, cut style but I wouldn't of given the whole purse because I looked and felt like a million dollars every single time! When I moved to Arizona 18 years ago I was so bummed to leave my favorite hair salon but when I come back to visit family and can get in to see him it's like I never left. I give him hardly any direction because he just knows what flatters my face even with the few more wrinkles and sagging skin I still feel like a beautiful young lady when I leave

I always go here to get my hair done. They do wonders for my hair even when I neglect it. They offer many services including makeup, waxes, and of course hair. The place itself is very modern and warm. They always leave me pleased to look at myself in the mirror days after and their products definitely have helped my hair.

I had the pleasure of meeting both Laura and Cassandra. I had never had a facial before but my skin has been so unhappy with me lately. Both women are incredibly knowledgeable and the consultation was informative. Cassandra told me each step along with way and the products she used were catered to what my skin needed. I had planned a trip to Salem and wanted to make it special by getting my first tattoo here. I researched so many shops in the area, and this was the best one I came across. I walked in and was greeted by Edwin. He was very accommodating to me and I think I waited max 15 minutes to fill out the paperwork and for him to draw up the stencil. I was in and out within an hour tops. He made sure that I was comfortable and reassured me that if at any point I needed a break to just let him know. He explained everything during the tattooing process and aftercare. I can’t recommend any shop more.

McLaughlin Plumbing is the best; always responsive, friendly and professional.
John was very up front and communicative about our situation with an a/c system fault and breaker repeatedly tripping. He took our weekend call, and sent his guy Steve out right away. Steve was awesome- he even opened the a/c unit and saw a burnt out contactor, pointing us in the right direction for HVAC. He also traded a 70 amp breaker for a 60 amp so it would be in code. He also noticed some poor connections on our Generac modules and fixed them.

I was so thankful when Chris at Rainbow International responded to my call for emergency services and confirmed he would be able to come out that same evening to help with the water removal. First off- Mike and Peter are two people that I feel are closer to your new best friends than actual contractors. They are two of the kindest and most genuine people I've ever met doing this sort of work. I unexpectedly had to gut two shower inserts in a multi-family building. Mike, Peter, Nick, and Pederson were here literally the next day at 7am ready to go, and continued to be every day until we were done. I was never left guessing on schedule, or timeline. Their work quality was excellent, and I even had them sort out a couple other odd-jobs I had on site while they were here. Communication was brilliant, and they were very realistic with me on everything they were encountering as they went through it. They communicate well with my plumber, and even held them accountable on a couple things on my behalf. I literally cannot recommend these guys enough.
Mike has also now referred me to my primary plumber and electrician which are also BRILLIANT. Great people find other great people I guess!
Stop looking around and call these guys for any sort of construction or HVAC needs you may have!
Honestly my only complaint is that Mike is so tall and handsome that It's really hard to be self-confident when you're around someone of such stature and grandeur. He's also a ninja I am fairly positive. Be warned he only accepts payment in precious gemstones.

I’ve used Fagone for both heating and AC repairs on my aging units the last couple of years. But this week was the first time I had major work done. I had an AC condenser replaced. It was a big job and they were in and out of the house all day long. Everyone on the team was efficient and courteous. They left the work spaces and the hallways/stairs they used really clean. Will definitely keep working with them. The price was fair and I got good advice about my repair vs replacement options.
We found ourselves in desperate need of a competent GC for our South Boston tavern after our initial GC didn’t work out. Justin came onsite and personally looked at the space. He immediately understood our vision and was genuinely excited to bring it to life. He worked very hard during the bidding process to meet our budget needs without sacrificing quality, which allowed us to work with some incredibly talented subs. Our project manager Shawn was patient and always available, maintaining great communication along the way. While we had a few Supers throughout the process, Russ was an absolute standout, ensuring important design aspects were installed perfectly. His attention to detail ensured visual design goals were met (and exceeded). I've been a patient of Jeff's for nearly 20 years. The entire crew is always friendly and accommodating. The North Shore just got 2 feet of snow dumped on it earlier this week making parking nearly impossible however I managed to beach my car along a half foot of hardened slush along the parking spaces in front of the office. 40 minutes later the checkup/cleaning was complete and I was back out on the street and ready to go. While getting into the spot was relatively easy getting out proved to be impossible. I kept trying to get momentum but my car wouldn't budge. I didn't know what to do... when out of nowhere Dr. Jeff and Ashlyn appeared and started pushing my car! After a few moments the car was unstuck and I was on my way. If that isn't going the extra mile for their customers...Then I don't know what is.

My hygienist Marla was very nice & thorough and told me that stannous fluoride toothpaste can stain your teeth so I’ll be making that change immediately! In the early stages of my preparation for the Ironman race, I had some lower back and hamstring issues that prevented me to perform more running hours. Luckily, I've found Gavin who with his unique and custom-tailored approach, which someone already described as a blend of physical therapy and chiropractics, has helped me get back on track, have great preparation, and ultimately a successful race. I'm very grateful to Gavin and would recommend him and his practice wholeheartedly.

I highly recommend Dr. Rosen. She is a great at what she does. Office is upbeat, friendly and efficient, never had to wait long. Dr. Rosen looks at big picture--she gets to know you and provides a treatment plan based on your daily life. I can't thank her enough!

I can’t say enough good things about her; she is so caring and gentle with Tommy and Sophie in all their care, but also with us as concerned pet parents. She is very generous with her time, is always professional, listens and explains, but above all just cares so much, and it shows.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Also everyone seems to really enjoy being around their patients. I bring my tortoise Luna here and they are so thorough and thoughtful with her!
I was given a 90 min massage as a gift from my wife… yes I’m spoiled! I can’t comment whether it was a reasonable price because I don’t know the expense. However, after the 90 minutes I told Alicia - “Now I know”, she responded “What?”… “Now I know what Heaven feels like!”. “All good and I will return!” THANKS!!

This place was amazing! After 5 days of being there, site seeing our bodies were tierd! Daryl and Lisa offered an amazing couples massage for our 10th anniversary! After they were done, we came out into the waiting room and there was champagine and chocolates for us which was just over the top! You guys couldnt have made this any better!
Their technique was unique and deep pressure, which we wanted! I can not say enough about these 2 ladies other then go get a massage! If you dont have time they do chair massages at a shorter time duration! Highly recommend!

I had a prenatal massage with Marcel, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had during my pregnancy. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly cordial and professional, which immediately put me at ease.
Being pregnant, I was a bit nervous going in, but Marcel made me feel completely comfortable and supported the entire time. He took the time to ask about any areas of discomfort and adjusted everything to suit my needs. His calm demeanor and attentiveness really made a difference.
