She was completely unfazed, and presented me with options, along with the advantages and drawbacks of each one. I ended up deciding to go in a different direction than I’d originally planned. This meant that I needed her to come back a second time to finish the job. I was concerned that I’d have to live with the temporary fix we’d worked out for a week or more. But Max arranged her schedule, so it was done the next day. I can’t say enough about what an amazing job she did. Nina is professional, level-headed, adaptable, friendly, and incredibly good at what she does. Without question, I would- and probably will- hire her again.

The job ended up being huge, with Mark replacing the entire tub, subfloor, and adding floor supports. The work looks great, everything was so clean, and we were informed every step of the process. Mark was able to recommend someone to replace the surrounding wall tile, and that experience was incredible as well. She is challenged to reach her potential as a dancer while feeling cared for by the exceptional staff and choreographers that work here. The directors consistently bring in excellent ballet instructors and offer their dancers amazing experiences through trainings and master classes. Our daughter joined the competition team last year. Our experience was made so wonderful because of the organization and consistent communication from the directors-we knew where to go, what was to be expected, timing, schedule etc. We couldn’t ask for better role models for our daughter-the older dancers are kind, hard working, smart and encouraging. The staff at DE have created an environment that is a great place for these young dancers to grow. They gain top notch exceptional dance educations as well as tools that will help them in any path they choose in life. So grateful our daughter is here!

On top of the first-class service, the environment is always clean, warm and inviting you to relax. She's always going to seminars so that she always has the latest techniques. She also tailers treatments to your person if the packages she offers is missing something you might like/need. Have referred my daughter and others, who now also go to her. We were able to easily book one appointment online, but the online system was full when we tried to book two simultaneous appointments on short notice. Sent an email to the contact us link, and heard back right away. They were able to accommodate our schedule.
Off street parking was easy since they have a private lot.
Emily took care of us and she was so welcoming, she really listened to how we wanted our hair and she came through beautifully.

A friend and I had a great experience here on a Saturday afternoon. I called a few days earlier to book appointments for classic manicures/ pedicures ($70 per person, cash or check only) and they took us promptly at our appointment time. They had a nice selection of OPI colors including the new releases. They were meticulous in their nail care and the salon was clean. Both our mani/pedis turned out great! There was one other person there but it’s a small, peaceful spot to get some self-care in. Highly recommend!
In my opinion this is the best salon/spa you can find in Swampscott. The place is very clean and organized. The tools are sterilized, and all techs are very educated, and really understand what is the best for you. Good variety of colors. The pedicures are in a private space, so you can relax during the service. Highly recommend!

I don't want to date myself but I've known Alex for over 30 years and not only is he a Master at his craft, he is the most genuine sincere person I have ever had the pleasure to know. When I started going to his salon I was just a youngster and In the era of tanning booths and spending a quarter to 1/3 of my paycheck on my hair between the perms, frostings, cut style but I wouldn't of given the whole purse because I looked and felt like a million dollars every single time! When I moved to Arizona 18 years ago I was so bummed to leave my favorite hair salon but when I come back to visit family and can get in to see him it's like I never left. I give him hardly any direction because he just knows what flatters my face even with the few more wrinkles and sagging skin I still feel like a beautiful young lady when I leave

If I could add additional stars, I would. After three estimates from three different companies, we chose Maione because Anthony gave us two unit options with different pricing and he explained the differences. He also sent us a detailed estimate with financing available through a third party. Once we signed the estimate, he checked the availability of the chosen unit and scheduled our installation. Then, he showed up on time and did the work - it's perfect!! He also gave us all the information we needed to apply for our rebate. While all of this may sound like the process went as it should, I have to say this company delivers in high contrast comparison to other companies I've worked with over the years. Anthony told the truth, answered the phone or text in a timely manner every time, showed up when he said he would, and everything works - no chasing, no pleading, no waiting weeks or months, no excuses, no problems. John was very up front and communicative about our situation with an a/c system fault and breaker repeatedly tripping. He took our weekend call, and sent his guy Steve out right away. Steve was awesome- he even opened the a/c unit and saw a burnt out contactor, pointing us in the right direction for HVAC. He also traded a 70 amp breaker for a 60 amp so it would be in code. He also noticed some poor connections on our Generac modules and fixed them.

He double checked and confirmed all the information before starting with honesty and transparency and realistic timelines and everything that you could hope for! My water heater broke and flooded my basement floor right after dinner time. I was so thankful when Chris at Rainbow International responded to my call for emergency services and confirmed he would be able to come out that same evening to help with the water removal. He was very responsive, thorough, and reasonably priced. Overall I had a great experience and would call Rainbow International again in a heartbeat for any future water remediation needs.

First off- Mike and Peter are two people that I feel are closer to your new best friends than actual contractors. They are two of the kindest and most genuine people I've ever met doing this sort of work. I unexpectedly had to gut two shower inserts in a multi-family building. Mike, Peter, Nick, and Pederson were here literally the next day at 7am ready to go, and continued to be every day until we were done. I was never left guessing on schedule, or timeline. Their work quality was excellent, and I even had them sort out a couple other odd-jobs I had on site while they were here. Communication was brilliant, and they were very realistic with me on everything they were encountering as they went through it. They communicate well with my plumber, and even held them accountable on a couple things on my behalf. I literally cannot recommend these guys enough.
Mike has also now referred me to my primary plumber and electrician which are also BRILLIANT. Great people find other great people I guess!

Honestly my only complaint is that Mike is so tall and handsome that It's really hard to be self-confident when you're around someone of such stature and grandeur. He's also a ninja I am fairly positive. Be warned he only accepts payment in precious gemstones.

We found ourselves in desperate need of a competent GC for our South Boston tavern after our initial GC didn’t work out. Justin came onsite and personally looked at the space. He immediately understood our vision and was genuinely excited to bring it to life. He worked very hard during the bidding process to meet our budget needs without sacrificing quality, which allowed us to work with some incredibly talented subs. Our project manager Shawn was patient and always available, maintaining great communication along the way. While we had a few Supers throughout the process, Russ was an absolute standout, ensuring important design aspects were installed perfectly. His attention to detail ensured visual design goals were met (and exceeded). We can’t wait to work with JJ Welch again on our next projects - Justin and his team are talented, kind and know how to get the job done. I couldn’t recommend them more!
I’ve used Fagone for both heating and AC repairs on my aging units the last couple of years. But this week was the first time I had major work done. I had an AC condenser replaced. It was a big job and they were in and out of the house all day long. Everyone on the team was efficient and courteous. They left the work spaces and the hallways/stairs they used really clean. Will definitely keep working with them. The price was fair and I got good advice about my repair vs replacement options.

I've been a patient of Jeff's for nearly 20 years. The entire crew is always friendly and accommodating. The North Shore just got 2 feet of snow dumped on it earlier this week making parking nearly impossible however I managed to beach my car along a half foot of hardened slush along the parking spaces in front of the office. 40 minutes later the checkup/cleaning was complete and I was back out on the street and ready to go. While getting into the spot was relatively easy getting out proved to be impossible. I kept trying to get momentum but my car wouldn't budge. I didn't know what to do... when out of nowhere Dr. Jeff and Ashlyn appeared and started pushing my car! After a few moments the car was unstuck and I was on my way. If that isn't going the extra mile for their customers...Then I don't know what is.
I had a great 1st visit. I had to switch to a new practice that takes my dental plan. My hygienist Marla was very nice & thorough and told me that stannous fluoride toothpaste can stain your teeth so I’ll be making that change immediately! Thanks to the each member of the staff for making me feel welcome!
Had an emergency the day after Thanksgiving. I called here and they were able to take me even though I wasn’t a patient. She saved my long holiday weekend. I can’t thank you enough.

In the early stages of my preparation for the Ironman race, I had some lower back and hamstring issues that prevented me to perform more running hours. Luckily, I've found Gavin who with his unique and custom-tailored approach, which someone already described as a blend of physical therapy and chiropractics, has helped me get back on track, have great preparation, and ultimately a successful race. This place was amazing! After 5 days of being there, site seeing our bodies were tierd! Daryl and Lisa offered an amazing couples massage for our 10th anniversary! After they were done, we came out into the waiting room and there was champagine and chocolates for us which was just over the top! You guys couldnt have made this any better!
Their technique was unique and deep pressure, which we wanted! I can not say enough about these 2 ladies other then go get a massage! If you dont have time they do chair massages at a shorter time duration! Highly recommend!

I had a prenatal massage with Marcel, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had during my pregnancy. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly cordial and professional, which immediately put me at ease.
Being pregnant, I was a bit nervous going in, but Marcel made me feel completely comfortable and supported the entire time. He took the time to ask about any areas of discomfort and adjusted everything to suit my needs. His calm demeanor and attentiveness really made a difference.
