Outstanding from beginning to end. We lost hot water that morning called the after hours line someone was over within an hour and a half and they identified the problem and then delivered the new water heater which was installed by 1:30 PM. Totally professional reasonably priced and highly recommended.
Tyler B. was great! He arrived on time, was professional, and immediately put me at ease about the installation of our new vanity. His work was meticulous, and he took the time to answer all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand. We were so pleased with his work that we’ve already requested Tyler again to replace our main shutoff valve. On Sunday before a two day visit from my granddaughter I poured old bread crumps into the disposal and soon thereafter, the drain was plugged and water would not empty in the sink. After unsuccessful attempts to clear it with a plunger, I called McLaughlin Plumbers who I have used for quite a while and got it's service. I was pleasantly surprised to get a text shortly thereafter scheduling an appointment Monday morning between 8 and 12. Sure enough about 9:30 Tyler B arrived.
