I’m glad my friend didn’t gatekeep this place! I went in with a bad hip that was bothering me for well over a month. It was great to be in a place that looked liked and felt like my gym. 4 weeks and I’m back to being a mediocre middle aged recreational athlete with a muffin top who loves CrossFit.

I had the best experience at The PT Zone. I came to the gym with a range of motion issue I had been struggling with for awhile. I worked with Kaitlin. This was my first time trying PT so I was nervous. Kaitlin made me feel comfortable. She is a great listener, knowledgeable, and has helped me increase my range of motion through various exercises and stretches while also making the process fun! As I finish up my sessions, I am leaving with an expanded tool kit of how to maintain my flexibility and I have Kaitlin to thank for that. I highly recommend PT Zone and Kaitlin if you are looking for a Physical Therapist.

I had multiple sessions with Greg that helped me alleviate lower back pain and allowed me to increase my workouts. End result was a 10 minute improvement in my marathon time and a list of exercises that I can use going forward.
