Their proficiency in cleaning business ducts is unparalleled. I liked how reasonably priced their vent cleaning was compared to Home Depot's duct cleaning. Making a reservation is simple, and the outcome was better than I had anticipated. For duct cleaning services, I heartily suggest them!

First time at Cutting Edge. I’d compare them to the North Shore 3-way of barbershops. The shave was tight like the roast beef, the conversation had more flavor than James River BBQ, and the time in the chair melted away like American cheese. Overall, the cut was finger-lickin’ clean, and there was no beef at home because the wife approved.

Jojo is truly one of the best barbers I’ve ever had. I saw him regularly for a little over two years when I was living in the Peabody area, and he was consistently amazing every single time.

I would like to respond to "Neil P" review. I remember it clearly because to be honest it was the first time something like that ever happened. This gentleman came into the salon with no appointment on a Saturday. Anyone knows a Salon's busiest day is on a Saturday. The Salon was extremely busy and yes he did sit and wait a bit before someone greeted him. We assumed he was waiting for someone because he NEVER approached the reception desk. When we did a visual cross reference with our clients and realized he was not with anyone, we asked if we could help him and he said he would like a haircut..We were completely booked but willing to accommodate, so we told him he could come back and we would get him in. He did come back and he did wait because he was being squeezed in and yes Tony was chatting away with his clients and taking his time because that's the type of barber that he is. He takes his time and gives the client what they pay for. Technically this 1 star review is actually in our favor because he said it just right. "Taking our time and chatting with our client." Sorry Neil your experience was not a good one!

I found Valspa through a Groupon deal, and it turned out to be one of the best beauty decisions I’ve ever made. Booking online was simple, and Val followed up with friendly text confirmations that made everything easy.
In person, Val is warm, professional, and clearly passionate about her craft. Her office is spotless, calming, and you can tell she takes real pride in her work. My brows finally had shape, color, and definition — they were stunning.
I loved my results so much that I came back a year later for two more sessions, and I won’t trust anyone else with my eyebrows. Val even honors the same deal directly, no Groupon needed, which shows how much she values her clients.
And as a bonus, there’s an amazing Brazilian bakery right across from her studio. It makes my long trip twice as fun — perfect brows and delicious treats.

Adario's did a solid, professional job replacing our broken down HVAC. After working hard for three days last week, including Saturday, they came on Sunday and finished up. Overall, they put in a great deal of work in a short period. It is so much more comfortable to be in our house now with the AC taking out the heat and humidity.

Put my mind at ease for some safety questions. Quickly installed a dedicated circuit in the cellar. Best of all --- he was honest! His bill was less than the invoice. When does that happen nowadays? Sigh! I have a new electrician and peace of mind.

Called Joe as I was looking for an electrician for a stove circuit breaker keep tripping when both oven and stove on. He was able to figure it out and able to get the repair done.
Absolutely 1st rate. I needed a broken VW key replace. I found these folks on the web, after a lot of searching and asking our dealer, hardware store, mechanic. Responded quickly, gave me good set of options - full replacement key at half the price of the dealership, replacement key to hang on the working fob, we looked at re-shelling the fob but after examination determined that this particular fob couldn't be opened and re-shelled. I went with the replacement key, good price, 20 minutes, can't speak to highly.
Initial communications via voicemail & txt (with pictures of the broken key), then a phone call, then I just drove over. They also make road calls (at extra charge of course).
No question the best customer service. Go here when you are in a Jam. Professional, fast, and affordable.

This review is long overdue. Richard Reed is the owner of North Shoe Tile and Marble Co. Way back in 2014 he replaced the tile of our entire first floor at our home in N.Reading. He demo’d the old floors and completed everything in a week and a half. It looked great then, and still looks great. We couldn’t have been more satisfied.Now fast forward to 2020. Finally time to redo all the tile in our master bath.He ripped out original fiberglass shower unit, and redid the whole thing in tile. Also re-tiled bath floors and tub surround. Again, the project came out fantastic.He’s been in the business a long time. Brian Fitzpatrick of Fairwood Builders is, hands down, the most trustworthy and equally skilled contractor I have ever worked with, period. I’ve managed multiple properties and worked with countless contractors over the years, and it’s usually one or the other: either they do great work but are wildly expensive, or they’re affordable but cut corners. Brian is the rare exception who does both exceptional work and does it honestly and fairly.
He is one of the most skilled workers I’ve ever seen and incredibly knowledgeable, not just in executing the work itself, but in researching the best and most effective ways to approach a project. He always walks you through his thought process, explains his mindset, and clearly lays out the “why” behind every decision. That level of transparency is rare and invaluable.
Beyond his craftsmanship, Brian is one of the most trustworthy people I’ve ever met. I highly recommend Sabino Chiropractic! After my fourth pregnancy I could hardly move. After a couple visits with Dr. Sabino I was feeling so much better. He is easy to make appointments with, I was seen quickly, the front desk receptionists were polite and helpful, and the office is clean and relaxing!

Before I got an adjustment.. went over EVERYTHING step by step. And easily explained!. CA Peabody I have been seeing Todd for at least 13 years now. Prior to going to Todd, I went to another chiropractor who did not spend ANY time before adjustments. I would walk in, he would adjust me, send me out one door while the next patient was entering the room. Todd spends approximately 30 minutes at each of my appointments. He checks my spine, neck, back and hips to determine where I need treatment. Most times before E-Stem he uses the massager. He always uses E-Stem and then does adjustments. What a big difference from my previous chiropractor. I will not go to anyone else.
While I’ve only been a patient here for two weeks, I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate the time, care and explanations that Dr Ellen and Dr Steve have given me about my lower back condition. After every appointment I come home with something new to add to my toolbox that helps with my pain. It’s so nice to see incremental progress after each visit. I was so grateful for her calm demeanor, especially when I was upset and in pain. As always, she has continued to be thorough with the health of my skin and whatever needs it may have.
