I'm the type of person who doesn't hire anyone to do anything around my house, but I just didn't have it in me to paint. Aldemir gave me a fair price to paint my entire colonial house, the team was friendly, Aldemir communicated clearly any changes in scope that he recommended (some rotted molding) and the job was done on time and with excellent quality. Wesley and his crew are fantastic. One of the best contractors we have ever worked with. They replaced rotting trim boards with Azek, installed a new roof, and painted 2 coats on our home’s exterior. They arrived on time, were neat, did highly skilled work, and their price was fair. Used Preserve Services to paint the entire house as well as some exterior carpentry. I am totally satisfied and highly recommend. Aldemir was very responsive; from the first inquiry to completion of project. The work team was very conscientious, did a good job and cleaned up after the job.
